"You got to be kidding me," is the only thing Mateo can say, his fist trembling not with fear but with rage; boiling rage. "I'm going to end him."

"You can't," his piercing blue eyes find mine and I explain further because otherwise I'm the one dead in this story and how unfair is that? "We made a small deal that includes you not dragging this further than being informed while he makes sure every drug is out in your club."

He doesn't say a thing, his gaze staring in the distance. "How many did he hide?" I'm scared to say the number because come on, this guy is raging right now. "How much Sebastian!?"

"300 pounds," his brow shoots up, "spread over 16 clubs," I add to make it sound less but it doesn't really work. It makes it worse.

"The only thing keeping me from killing him is the fact my sister is going to marry that junk," he shakes his head in disbelieve. "I told her not to do this but she's as stubborn as our old man."

I want to replies she as stubborn as himself but I keep that comment to myself. If we were drinking then he would have laughed but something insides me says if I do I'm the dead body he'd be hiding in his room.

Emily is not going to like that.

"He loves her, you know," I say as casual as I can without sound disgust but it's damn hard. "Told her that in front of us." Celeb was as shocked as I was.

"That's bullshit and we both know that." He takes a sip of his whiskey, guess he needed that to deal with the news.

First I wanted to call but who knows how he would have reacted so in person is much better. And I didn't want him to come because one, he'd killed Roberto in front of us and two, Emily isn't feeling well and I didn't want my Boss to worry even more.

It's hard enough dealing with a pregnant wife and two teens; Lucy and Liam.

Mateo lets out a sigh. "I love my sister but I think she didn't think this trough which isn't her at all." I understand what he means.

Olivia was always the one smarter than Mateo although she let him take all the glory. Claimed she didn't enjoy that but I know she secretly wants attention. Maybe that's why I fucked her so much.

Okay, that's a lie. There is more than sex involved between me and her.

"We need to be careful, Sebastian," Mateo brings me back from my train of thoughts, "I've got a feeling that Roberto guy is planning something and you know my gut feeling," it's always right.

Everything he predicts comes true.

"I'll take a closer look," I offer but he shakes his head.

"You're not emotional stable enough," I try to argue with his obvious good point but he shushes me, "There was another reason you kicked his face than the drugs; don't lie to me. I've known you my whole life to know what you think." Most of the time he does anyways.

I and Mateo go way back. Some even say we were born to work together and I need to say they're not far from it.

He's like a brother to me because I don't have any siblings but I spent a lot of time with the El Ricci's; thanks to my family, the Lavadzza's, working with them for generations.

That's why that stupid rule is made about the two families not dating.

Mateo once told me it's because one of our great-grandparents were dating and it ended miserably. Aka the end of the El Ricci's...Or close to it anyways. But they build the organization back and are now stronger than ever.
