Fame and Stardom

Karen opened the door.

"Oh my gosh!" she stated in shock. On the other side was Twilight Sparkles, an ultra-famous singer who traveled across the world with her song airplanes, Karen's favorite song. Before she could get another word out of her speakers, Twilight shouted at her.

"Who are you and what are you doing at Mordecai's house?!" She spoke. She leaped up on her back legs and whinnied in anger. Her colorful hair glittered into the sun leaving Karen in shock. She was even more beautiful in real life than on screen.

"I-I was taking c-c-care of him. He fell sick and I was worried about him" Karen said. She was extremely nervous. She had never talked to a celebrity, and of course, had never had one yell at her.

Twilight scoffed and pushed past Karen.

"You normies think you are worth being around someone was wonderful as me and Mordecai." Twilight growled as she went to his room.

Karen pondered over this statement. What did this mean. She already knew that Twilight is a celebrity, but Mordecai was normal just like her. Right?

She followed after Twilight to see Twilight standing over Mordecai. Her purple eyes while they were angry when looking at Karen, were soft when she looked at Mordecai. There was something going on between them, she just didn't know what. Her heart hurt.

"Mordecai, wake up. It's Twilight." Twilight said and gently tapped Mordecai's wing. His eyes fluttered open, and he sat up.

"Twilight! What are you doing here? Who let you in?" He looked around and his eyes locked onto Karen. His face looked nervous.

"I am here to check up on you. You told me you were fine, but you are clearly not! You let a normie into your house." she shook her head and sighed.

"Well Twilight, this is my close friend, Karen." He said and looked at Karen.

"Close friend? CLOSE FRIEND?!" Twilight shouted looking at Karen. "HONESTLY! COULD YOU BE ANYMORE STUPID? WHY ARE YOU FRIENDS WITH SOMEONE LIKE HER! SHE COULD RUIN YOU! DOES SHE KNOW ABOUT YOU?"

Karen was in shock. Know what about him? Was there something he wasn't telling her?

"What does she mean Mordecai? Are you not telling me something?" Karen asked him.

"DON'T YOU DARE TELL HER MORDECAI!" Twilight shouted again.

"Calm down Twilight. I haven't told her. But I also don't think there is anything wrong about telling her." He said to Twilight calmly. He then looked at Karen and chuckled.

"Karen, I have a secret that almost no one knows. I need you to not tell anyone, no matter what ok?" He said. Karen nodded her head and Twilight rolled her eyes and scoffed. "Karen, that rapper in the song airplanes, is me."
