                         FLAT TIRE

I woke up to the sound of the birds twittering. I opened my eyes and saw a white ceiling...ceiling...ceiling?! I sat up straight and noticed I was sitting on a queen side bed with comfortable bed sheets and pillows as well as the blanket. My eyes scanned the whole room. It was simple that only contains the bed, side table and closet.

Why am I here? I thought as I tried to recall the things that happened last night.

"I like You"

I suddenly felt my cheeks heating up with the thought of last night.

"Why did I let him touch me, especially on my waist?" I exclaimed as I cover my face with a pillow.

"I like you"

His words kept on repeating in my head that I started rolling on the bed in frustration as I felt my heart beat fast in an unknown reason. Why Margie? Why do you feel this way?

"But, wait. Where am I?" I mumbled and stopped to sit at the side of the bed. I looked at the side table to search for a comb but, saw nothing in it. So, rather than a comb I used my fingers to brush my entangled hair instead. As I run my fingers through my hair, I looked outside the window. Everything is green and there are...mountains? My eyes widen in shocked.

"Mountains, there are mountains everywhere!" I exclaimed and hurriedly went to open the bedroom door. I was too shocked that I didn't think properly.

The first thing I saw was everyone eating breakfast but, instead of chewing their food they all looked at me questionably except from Raymund who was currently looking down to his food. I gulped. Does he remember what happened last night? But, soon thought otherwise when I noticed his cheeks turned light pink.

"Marg, you're awake. Join us. I save a sit for you." Adrianna said. I smiled and made my way to sat right next to her which is luckily or unluckily was in front of Raymund.

"Um, where are we?" I asked before started eating my food. It was sunny side up, bacon, and plain white rice.

"Were in my grandmother's house here in the mountains, I was actually raised here and every time we go on a trip we always stop by to visit my grandmother." Luke replied before shoving some rice to his mouth.

"Well, where is she? I would like to meet her." I said, excitedly. Luke looked like he was caught off guard as well as Zach and Henry who almost stopped chewing their food.

"The truth is, she died a few months ago. Zach, Raymund, and Henry built a bound with my grandmother so visiting here every now and then had been our tradition." Luke replied, almost sound teary.

"I' m sorry I asked." I apologized.

"It's okay it's not your fault anyway." Luke answered.

It was quiet after that and no one dared to break the silence.

After we finished eating, the guys went out except me and Adrianna who is left to do the dishes which we don't mind. While were both washing the dishes, I ended up telling Adrianna my conversation with Raymund last night.

"He said what?!" Adrianna exclaimed. I quickly shushed her down.

"You are so lucky." She continued, lowering down her voice before putting the washed plates to its rightful place.

"How am I lucky? I don't even know what to say. It's not like the first time someone confessed to me but, why am I nervous about it?" I asked, before facing her. Adrianna's mouth turned to a letter 'O'.

"You like him too! You do!" she shouted.

"Anna, they might hear you." I warned in a low voice.

"Oh, sorry I just can't help but, to feel excited about it." she continued.
