Kun was sitting on his usual couch, drinking his usual wine. His men were surrounding his side, including Vegas who stood beside him. He put down the wine in his hand and then continued

 "We'll be moving tomorrow get ready."

All of their men bowed and left the room quickly. Leaving Vegas and his father alone. Kun turned his head and looked at Vegas for a while.

"Now it's our time, Vegas"

"Yes..., Pa"

Kun laughed wholeheartedly. As for Vegas, he felt down for some reason. Didn't he wait for this moment his whole life? But he already had Pete did he need anything else anymore...?

After he left Kun's room, he noticed the time and hurried to the kitchen. As usual, Vegas took his time to make a portion of delicious food for Pete.

He came in front of Pete's door giving a little knock on it to not frighten him. He entered the room smiling at the sight of sleeping, Pete.

Vegas deliberately stepped toward Pete's bed, trying his best to not wake him up. He noticed that Pete had dark circles under his eyes, probably he didn't get enough sleep back in the main house.

"Ha... Pete. You look so mesmerizing even in your sleep."

Vegas sat down beside Pete, just when he was gonna touch his hair he saw the scars on Pete's wrist, which was now bleeding slightly once again.

He immediately left the food beside Pete's bed and opened the drawer next to him. He pulled out a small medicine tube and squeezed a little amount into his fingertips.

Pete flinched slightly from the cold cream touching his wrists but it wasn't enough to wake him up. Vegas applied the medicine gently to Pete's wrist.

His hands went down from his wrist to his palm stroking his hands slowly. His eyes went up to Pete's sleeping face not taking his eyes away from him even for a second.

"Pete, when will you wake up? I want to see you more before I go..."

"Can't you just stay, Vegas?"

Without even opening his eyes, Pete turned his head toward Vegas, who got surprised when Pete talked but he lowered his head after hearing his question.

"So you're awake, baby. Are you hungry? I made –"

"Answer me, Vegas."

They both went silent for a few minutes which felt like a year. Meanwhile, Pete opened his eyes, now looking at Vegas begging with his eyes for him to stop doing this.

"Pete, I've been waiting for this moment. Being compared to Kinn my whole life, now I can finish my suffering..."

"It won't end Vegas! You don't have to compare you don't have to go!"

"It's my father's order Pete. Even if I don't go he will."

"Do you know how dangerous it is? What if something goes wrong Vegas? You might even die!"

"Isn't that what you want Pete...?"

Suddenly, Pete felt the change in Vegas's tone. Vegas glared at him from the side of his eyes, sending shivers down Pete. He instantly averted his eyes from the burning gaze of Vegas.

However, his action fired Vegas more instead of calming him down. He loved the way Pete was afraid of him at these moments. The way he would panic, and avert his gaze being afraid to fall deeper...

Vegas raised his hand and traced Pete's stomach going up to his chest. He noticed how his face was getting redder as he slowly went up, his chest rising up and down matching Vegas's pace.

As he went up he stroked Pete's collarbone tilting his head to the sight in front of him. Vegas wanted to devour Pete, completely make them become a single body.

He suddenly gripped tight on Pete's neck squeezing it just enough to leave him breathless. Pete felt the veins on his neck tighten, as the blood rushed to his face.

He grabbed the sheets around him squeezing them tightly. Because of the handcuffs, he had limited place to move so the only thing he could do was to grab the sheet beside him.

"I'll mark you today, Pete..."

He tightened his grip on Pete's neck making him yelp. Pete's eyes teared up from Vegas's grip, he slightly arched his back.

"So even after I die you'll never be able to forget me..."
