chapter six.
POV: Elaine

We all had our asses stuck on the couch, no talking but we kept on making eye contacts, shooting shy smiles at each other.

A brunette girl killed the awkward silence that were filling up the atmosphere for a long period of time. I sighed in relief.

"Well, you guys have been hushed down ever since we were asked to go here. Can you at least, say your names? Starting from the left, please." she said a little to arrogantly as she twirl her hair. "I'm Queenie, by the way."

"Right, uhm," the first girl seated at the end of the couch started off, "I'm Louisa."

The girl beside her gulped air before she spoke. "My name's Danica."

The prettiest among all of us, I suppose, spoke right after with all confidence because she herself probably knows she's the prettiest. "Franchette."

What a beautiful name, I thought as I let out a small smile.

All of us nine looked at the girl beside me, she seemed very insensitive so she was like confused at first before it hit her. "Oh, Gail. Gail is my name."

"Right, okay, uhm," I mumbled shyly, "I'm Elaine." I rubbed my hands that were in-between my thighs.

The next girl who was already seated on the other couch just across ours was about to speak when there was a sudden click on the doorknob.

We all looked simultaneously, heart beating fast. My hands began to sweat for I know it could be the boys already.

It was Niall who went in first, his eyes were crinkled, a huge grin painted on his face. Probably recovering from a nonstop laugh.

"Jesus Christ." I spoke under my breath.

Harry was right behind him, looking very exhausted from the show. Then Zayn, Liam, and Louis followed.

We all went in shock, the once silence filling up the room again. Mouths shut covered with toned hands.

"Hey girls!" Niall half-yelled with his Irish accent gaily.

Surprisingly, none of us stood up to say hi or hug them right away, every one was still in shock.

"Girls?" Niall asked in confusion. "We don't bite!" he chuckled.

I started tearing up, unmindful of how much embarrassment I'll feel after.

"Oh no, no, no, why is she crying? Are you alright babe?" Louis asked looking at me with concerned eyes.

I nodded then looked down on my feet. I tried to calm myself and wipe the tears that were not bugging to stop.

The fact that it will only be thirty minutes to meet them and bond with them made me stood up and pushed myself to talk to them.

It was a complete mess. When the boys showed up, there was no one with them. So, obviously, each of us went on our own.

"Alright, alright, every one calm down." Liam cheekily reminded. "You'll all get to hug us." he then laughed after.

This time, the tranquil melody playing has no use at all. It really wasn't helping all of us feel calm even from when we got in.

I started to walk towards Zayn who was standing at the corner of the room. Shy and really quiet, just nodding and smiling at fans.

"Hi, Zayn." I spoke with a shaky voice. "I'm sorry, I really am nervous right now."

"Oh, that's fine, love." he smiled.
