The eggs rattled in sync. Samira woke up staring she touched them and they lit gold to her touch the deep curl and swirl patterns lighting.
Samira..she was focused on the eggs Samira? What! Did you pack a bag? As soon as they eggs hatch we have to go. Go where Ahmad? He was filled with anxiety he wasn't use to people questioning him it was new for him. To the homeland of your grandmother. Does Noni know we are going Ahmad? Yes and she will join us as soon as she is released.
Samira ran to her room opening a rolling suitcase. She packed it tight as well as her back pack. Shd feverishly ran through the house locking the windows. She moved the car to the driveway off the street locking the doors behind her.
She grabbed some money running back up with her bag. The eggs cracked Ahmad removed his Cutter opening it. A machete on one end and a long sword on the other it was shiny. He looked to the ceiling in fighting position.
Ignore me tend to the eggs Samira! They hatched one by one she put them in her boot box okay! Bring the shells. What? Bring the shells do you still have the shells for Hunter? Yes Ahmad. Bring those too. Okay. They may break more. That's fine Samira bring them.
She tossed the shells in the boot box I'm ready. AHAHIER AMIYLAY BACIRI TONTEE!
The wall split open a cracking sound filled the air. Ahmad covered his face he ripped a peice of his shirt wrapping her mouth and nose together they walked through the portal.
Keeeee keeee keeee keee AHHHHHHH! Hunter screeched angrily Samira was afraid. The portal closed behind him a shadow monster pulled and tugged at Hunter trying to take him off Samira's shoulder.
DONT DROP THE BOX! Ahmad yelled. Ahmad hopped in the air slicing the shadow demon in two parts black dust particles settled around them. Close your eyes! Don't let the dust let in your eyes Samira! She tossed on her sunglasses out her jacket pocket. Hunter screeched loud Ahmad killed another demon the more he killed the more attacked them.
HYSHIEREEE! HYSHIREE! Ahmad yelled over and over the wind became wild so wild Samira had to tighten her grip on the box.
Dead leaves turned in circles above her. This way Samira run! She followed Ahmad the shadows followed him in the dense light of the thick forrest brush.
Hurry woman! Ahmad grabbed her hamd holding it firm while Hunter was on her shoulder.
They arrived to an open prairie it was sunny and bright filled with yellow daisies and glowing green grass. Ahmad stood still Samira covered her head.
A dragon landed before them. No fucking way! Ahmad gave her a dirty look ladies don't use those word's. She rolled her eyes at him what are you doing Ahmad?
The dragon lay on it's belly. Come woman. No way! The demons screeched scratching on the edge of the forrest unable to leave the dark to peruse them in the light.
Samira jumped on the back with Ahmad turn with me and hold on tight don't drop the eggs. My luggage Ahmad. Ill send a solider for it at high noon when the sun is highest in the sky Samira. Okay. It's okay woman Ahmad removed his face covering assuring her with his princley smile.
