Chapter 7

"so will you really let us go swimming after this tour is all over and all that stuff we will after it?" Fleur asked as she looked up Leo and waited for his reply
"I guess so, cause school doesn't actually start till tomorrow, I just wanted to get the students and then tour them around the building so they know where to go and so they know what they're doing this year" Leo said as he looked over at the classrooms
"hey Leo?" Fleur said as she looked at him as she turned her eyes black
Crybaby POV
What is Fleur doing? Her eyes are black and she's looking at Leo.. don't tell me that she's gonna attack him right now Crybaby thought as she started to walk towards Fleur and Leo
Suddenly something grabbed crybaby's hand and pulled her back to where she was meant to be in the line
"Huh?" Crybaby said as she looked back to see Kelly holding her hand and walking
"Stay in the line where your supposed to be, Crybaby" Kelly said as she looked at her and rolled her eyes and then looked back at Leo and Fleur
"You don't even want me to be your partner, so why do you care?" Crybaby said she looked at Kelly and squinted her eyes and then shook her head slightly
That was a moment of silent from both of the girls before Kelly spoke again
"never mind just go I guess but don't blame me when he tells you to go back to your spot" Kelly said as she let go of Crybaby's hand and then looked away like nothing happened
Crybaby then looked down at her hand and realized that Kelly was holding it for a second
Why was Kelly holding my hand? She could of just grabbed me and pulled me back..? Oh well, I'm probably just overthinking it.. Crybaby thought as she looked at Kelly and then walked over to Fleur and Leo
"What's up, Fleur?" Leo said as he looked at her and then looked at her in the eyes and then backed up a little bit
"how do you really feel about us killing your father we know that you want to get revenge on us" Fleur said as Crybaby walked up and then walked beside them
"Well, I don't feel great about it and I do want a bit of revenge, but my revenge is not killing or harming people anymore, I'll just make it harder for you guys since I'll agree that my father wasn't such a good person to other people and even me and my mother" Leo said she looked at her and then looked over at Crybaby
"Crybaby, please return back to your partner" Leo said as she looked at him and then nodded and then returned back to Kelly quickly
I don't think I want to go by Crybaby anymore, what kind of wanna use a different name, it feels like people are making fun of me when they call me crybaby.. feels like people are making fun of me for being soft and sensitive.. but I can't help it.. Crybaby thought as she looked at the ground and continued working
Crybaby then turned her face towards Kelly and watched it as she walked through the building with her face turned away, she looked at Kelly's hair and then looked at her dress
Her hair looks kind of pretty this year, but it looks the same.. hmm.. I guess I never noticed how stylish Kelly can actually be when she really tries to.. but then again she can also be really messy but that's alright Crybaby thought as she smiled slightly and looked at Kelly
Leo then led them outside to the playground where the objects were allowed to be touched
"everyone, this is the playground that you would go to for lunch and recess and play at, unless you choose to be in the cafeteria, some of you may know this is where Kelly and Crybaby had that little instant attack that one time, and for the people who are wondering what happens and if their okay, yes they were both are okay even though Kelly did cut Crybaby with a knife, Crybaby had used her powers against Kelly, but anyways they're both okay and as the principal of this place, I expect those two girls not to fight ever again, at least physically not fight again, do you understand that Crybaby and Kelly?" Leo said as he looked over at the two girls
"I guess so" Kelly said as she crossed her arms and looked over at Crybaby
"yes Leo, I do infact understand, and it was my fault on why it happened" Crybaby said as she looked at Leo
"Would you like to explain to everyone why it happened, so they're not so confused and worried? I would like it if you can explain what happened and why it happened?" Leo said is he crossed his arms and looked at Crybaby
Crybaby nodded and then walked over to where Leo standing and I looked back at the crowd, standing beside Leo
Leo then stepped back a bit to the side and waited for a crybaby to begin explaining
Oh god, here we go again with her over talking and over thinking Kelly thought as she looked up at Crybaby and narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms and waited
"The reason that Kelly got so mad and attacked me was because I was sitting with her current boyfriend at the moment and I know she just wanted to protect the relationship at the time because she knew that I actually had liked him at the time, but I know I don't like him anymore but that still doesn't make it okay for me to get him away from her, and I'm sorry to Kelly for doing that it wasn't your fault, it was mine" Crybaby said as she looked at everyone and then looked at Kelly and frowned with a sad look on her face
"That's bullshit, I was literally the one that went over there and sat beside you, I just wanted to talk and make a new friend but, I didn't expect my crazy ex girlfriend to go over and attack you like that, I had to get up and stand back, i'm not proud of doing that but it's scared me and when I saw Kelly cut you in your arm like that, it made me feel embarrassed" Brandon said as he walked up to the front and stood beside Crybaby and looked at her in the eyes as his eye brows went down, making a sad expression in his face
Kelly then looked away, towards the ground and sighed
"I'm really sorry that Kelly attacked you like that, it wasn't right and I'm sorry that I could not grab her in time, but you handled it very well" Brandon said as he tilted his head and then smiled at her
"don't worry about it Brandon, I know she just wanted to protect your relationship at the time, because she knew that I liked you at the time" Crybaby said as she looked at Brandon and the eyes with a slight smile on her face
"That still doesn't make it right for her to go off and attack you, i'm a loyal guy and I would've stayed the loyal guy towards Kelly if she didn't attack you so badly but no, she went and attacked you and harmed you and I don't like that" Brandon says he lifted his hand up a bit and pointed towards Kelly a little bit and then dropped it as he looked crybaby in the eyes with worry
"It's okay Brandon, the whole situation is over with and I think me and Kelly will learn from our mistakes" Crybaby said I see booked up Brandon and then look over at Kelly to see her face turned the other way once again
"Just please be careful with her and tell me if she does anything towards you again, and I will have a talk with her" Brandon said as he looked over at Kelly as her eyes went a bit dull
Crybaby smiled and then gently hugged Brandon as Brandon smiled and put his hand on her head politely
"Thank you, Brandon, that really helps" Crybaby said as she looked over at her friends as they smiled, teasingly
"don't worry about it, just call my name whenever you need me" Brandon said as Crybaby let go and looked up and him and then nodded
Kelly watched as Brandon and Crybaby hugged one another as a lonely empty feeling in her stomach kicked in, she felt guilty after what she's done to Crybaby that day
They both smiled and then then returned back to their assigned partners
Crybaby stood a bit more further away from Kelly after that, she knew that Kelly was a little bit jealous so she thought it would be best to stay away from her
"Well then, now that we are all done with the tour, I want you and your partner to go to the classes that you were assigned this year and try your best to study it as best as you can, do you have half an hour which is thirty minutes, once again you and your partner will have the same class as all year, so would it be better if you both would work together wisely" Leo said as he looked at the crowd
Crybaby then put her hand up and looked at Leo and gulped a bit
"Yes, Crybaby?" Leo said as he pointed his hand at her as she put her hand down
"Can I talk to you alone please?" Crybaby said as she looked up at Leo with a shy and worried expression on her face
"Yeah, sure" Leo said as he watched Crybaby walk up to the front and then walked over to the front of the building and then signalled him to follow her
Leo then followed Crybaby to the front and then sat on the stairs and looked at her as she sat down beside her
"question" Crybaby said as she looked down at her pink dress
"What's up, Crybaby?" Leo said he looked at her and then at her dress
"Will there be another chance to have that dance again, this year?" Crybaby asked as she looked at him
"Yes, there's one every year? Why do you ask?" Lucid is he looked at crybaby with curiosity
"Last year was pretty fun even though I have no one to go with and I had to distract you in order to save everyone so they could escape but other than that, I could tell the that the people were really bonding with each other during that time" Crybaby said as she looked at Leo as he let a little smile escape from his lips
"Yeah, I could tell that people were blonding a bit before I interrupted, but to answer your question, yes there will be a dance this year" Leo said as he looked at crybaby with a sweet smile
"Will you be taking anyone to the dance?" Crybaby said as she looked at him
"Not that I have anyone in mind, I just asked you to the dance to get ahead of Ben to ask you to the dance and then to trick you" Leo said he looked at her
"Ben was going to ask me to the dance?" Crybaby asked as she looked at Leo
"I think so, he looks like he was practising asking someone a question to himself so I assume that he was just going to ask you to the dance so then I quickly walked over to you and I kind of bumped into him and made sure he was okay, then I assumed he hid behind the lockers and waited for me to finish what I was saying to you and then after I left I didn't see him standing by the lockers anymore so I just assumed that he just left" Leo said he looked over at the plants that were planted right beside them and then looked back at Crybaby
"Makes sense, he probably did wanted to ask me to the dance but was scared to since you had just asked me, Plus after I had locked to you in the little closet or room or whatever it was, I had to run out to the front of the school and that's when he had told me his name and told me that he was the one that wrote the letter" Crybaby so she looked down at her hands and then looked at Leo in the eyes
"Yeah" Leo mumbled as he looked down towards the ground, thinking to himself
"Another question for you" Crybaby said as she looked at Leo before talking a deep breath
"Yeah, what's up?" Leo said as he looked up at looked at her
"Why did you partner me and Kelly together?" Crybaby said as she looked at Leo in the eyes and then frowned
There was a moment of silence before Leo had looked up at crybaby and looked her in the eyes
"I know that yours and Kelly's relationship together isn't as good as you and your friends relationship and I see that Kelly's kind of a bit rude towards you, but I've noticed that you've walked up to her and tried to talk to her even though she's pushed you away, something is just telling me that you really wanna be friends with her so I just tried to partner you guys together so you might have a chance to actually talk to her and maybe somehow form yourselves a relationship together" Leo said as he looked at Crybaby as she took his words all in
Leo was completely right, Crybaby did want to be Kelly's friend and have some sort of relationship with her even though Kelly had always pushed crybaby away
"You're right, Leo" Crybaby said as she sighed and looked over at him a little bit
"Right about what?" Leo said as he turned towards her and looked at her
"I do wanna be Kelly's friend but I know she'll just push me away like she always does, which kind of makes me a bit sad" Crybaby said as she looked at Leo and then sighed
"maybe just try your best to talk to her maybe she will eventually open up to you, I noticed that she's had her friends in the past" Leo said as he looked at Crybaby
"I know but she's just treated them horribly, which made them leave her behind so I think she may have trust issues now, and she thinks that I took them away from her when I just took Fleur, even though I didn't mean to force her onto her side, when I figured out that Fleur was one of us I just instantly thought to save her from Kelly, she didn't look happy to be in that group, where she didn't belong, but little did I know that Kelly was also apart of us" Crybaby said as she looked down at the ground and sighed and then looked over in the direction that they had came from
" I didn't know either until she had kept the building from falling apart and though I assumed that she was going to join you, I had the idea to treat her like shit and go after her right away" Leo said as he looked over to the direction they came from
There was a long time of silence, Crybaby had thought about what it would be like to actually be Kelly's friend for once, she knew that she would have to talk to her and eventually let Kelly come to her and open up even though it would be hard knowing that Kelly would completely push her away, knowing that Kelly would usually always think of Crybaby as her worst enemy forever
"We should head back to the students, the whole thing isn't over yet" Crybaby sayid as she stood up and began walking over and then turned around waiting for Leo
"You're right, and after you guys are done I'll let you guys go swimming and then you guys will have lunch and then it'll be night time by then, and since you're assigned with Kelly, you're probably going to have to find a way to agree to sleep near one another so we can keep track of everyone's partner" Leo said as he stood up as they began walking
"I don't think Kelly would agree to that but I'll try to talk her into it" Crybaby said as they approached the crowd of students
Crybaby then walked back towards Kelly and then stood beside her carefully
"Now, you all have 30 minutes to go study your classrooms and then once were done I would like it if everyone would report back here when you are all finished, once you're all finished with your studying, I will walk you back up to the swimming pool room, there are bikinis for the girls and swimming trunks for the boys, if you do not want to swim you're allowed to just wait on the turning chairs on the side of the room, I will walk up there and I will explain the rules to you guys and there will be two lifeguards to make sure everyone is following the rules of the pool, now please begin to go up to your classrooms and study with your assigned partner" Leo said as everyone nodded
Everyone then began walking up to the classes that they were assigned for the year with their partners
Crybaby's friends then ran up to her and then walked beside her
"Hey, how's it going?" Angelita said as she looked at Crybaby with a nice bright smile on her face
Crybaby that looked at her and then smiled as the other girls approached them and began to walk
"I'm not really sure about being partners with Kelly, I wanna be her friend which is what I talked about with Leo and he just told me to try to talk to her as much as I can and wait for her to open up to me" Crybaby said as she looked at the ground and walked
"yeah I assume that everyone would just want to be friends with Kelly since she's pretty dangerous now that we all know that she has powers just like us" Celeste said as she looked at Crybaby
"Me and Kelly have Ms Daphne in the first block, so we have to head up there" Crybaby said as she looked at her little piece of paper as she looked at her classes
"alright, good luck, girly" Angelita said as she smiled at Crybaby and watched as Kelly and Crybaby walked over to Ms Daphne's room
Crybaby stopped in front of the door and took a deep breath in and then took a deep press out
"Why are you taking such deep breaths? This isn't a test" Kelly said as she looked at Crybaby weirdly
"He told us the study of the room and plus the teacher doesn't like both of us since after we were both sent to the principal, even though it was my fault and I'm still sorry about that" Crybaby said as she looked at Kelly and frowned a bit with worry
"It's fine, stop apologizing about that, it's over now, I don't even like Brandon anymore anyways, he's with Lucy" Kelly said as she grabbed the door handle and then opened the door and walked into the classroom
"Kelly and Crybaby" Ms Daphne said she looked at the two girls they entered the classroom and then looked over at her desk
"Good afternoon Ms Daphne" Crybaby said as she gulped and looked at her
"good afternoon Crybaby, I assume that you and Kelly are here to study the room so you know what to do and where to go and what to get for this year, Am I correct?" Ms Daphne said as she stacked pieces of paper on top of each other as she looked at the two girls
"Yes ma'am, that's correct" Cry said as she looked at the paper and watched as Ms Daphne slammed it down on her desk
"And I certainly hope we won't have any trouble this year like we did last year, Correct?" Ms Daphne said as she looked at Kelly and then looked at Crybaby as she narrowed her eyes
"Yes ma'am, I agree to stay away from Kelly and to stay away from her friends and just let her be unless I really need her" Crybaby said as she looked at her and gulped
What would she need me for? She's got everything she needs.. but I guess I am her partner for the year Kelly thought as she looked at Crybaby
"Good, now go sit down and study" Ms Daphne said as the girls both nodded and then sat down, ready to study
They knew that they would have to work together eventually, and the 30 minutes will go by quickly so they would have to agree on working together and keep an eye on the time
