Chapter 16

The next morning the girls got up and then went to lose those this skip the time until one hour before the dance, it was time to get ready for the party and have a dance with other students and have fun before leaving for the rest of their lives, they I don't have to come back to the building anymore but they had such a fun time
Suddenly a loud speaker came on as Leo's voice echoed through the building
"Good afternoon my last final students of the building, you know have one hour to get ready for the dance and ask out the people who you want to, there will be changing rooms ready for you by your first class of the year, there will be a door as you go on your first class, do you enter a code that will be written on your hand as you walk towards the door, make sure two remember to use code to get back in when the dance is done, I will see you guys in an hour in the dance room, can't wait to see you" Leo's voice said as it echoed through the speakers
It it's time to finally ask Magnolia to the dance, hope this goes well.. Ben thought as he looked over at Magnolia as he walked over
"Hey Magnolia, can I speak to you alone for a second?" Ben asked as the girls looked over at him as the girls looked at each other and then smiled
"Oh yeah, of course! I'll be back in a bit, girls!" Magnolia said as the two teenagers walked away as Ben pulled Magnolia into the principals office a little bit, away from the other girls so it was in private between the two
"What's up, Ben?" Magnolia said as she looked at him with a smile on her face
Alright, you got this Ben! Will you go to the dance with me, that's all you gotta say Ben thought as he looked at Magnolia in the eyes and then took a deep breath and then opened his mouth and let the words out
"Magnolia, I was wondering if you would want to go to the dance with me" Ben said as Magnolia's eyes lit up and she smiled and felt better about going as she nodded and took his hand
"Yes, yes, I will go to the dance with you, Ben!" Magnolia said as Ben smiled and then hugged her, sighing in relief  as he smiled and looked at her and let go and then nodded
"Great! Then I'll see you there" Ben said as he tilted to the side and smiled before walking away as Magnolia smiled in Jordan and walked back to the girls excitedly
"Girls! Ben asked me to the dance!" Magnolia said as they looked at her and smiled
"Aww! What did you say?!" The girls said as Magnolia flipped her hair and smiled
"I said yes, i've kind of liked him since the day we met him last year, he was a really sweet boy to me and he just so happen to be my crush too" Magnolia said as the girls smiled
Kelly POV
Kelly then looked over at Fleur and then tugged on her arm for a  second to get her attention
"Yes, Kelly?" Fleur whispered as she looked at Kelly as Kelly walked over to her and then whispered in her ear
"Can we go somewhere private?" Kelly asked as Fleur nodded and looked at the other girls
"Me and Kelly were going to go get ready for the dance, you guys should go get ready as well" Fleur said as the girls nodded their heads and then walked off to go get rid of Kelly brought Fleur to the same bathroom that they were in last year once again, it was their spot
"What's up, Kelly?" Fleur said as Kelly locked the door behind them and then looked at her friend in the eyes
"I need some help" Kelly says she looked at Fleur and frowned, nervously
"What do you need help with, Kelly?" Fleur said as she looked at Kelly as Kelly put down her bag of stuff Full of makeup and other pretty jewelry
"I like Crybaby" Kelly said as she looked at Fleur as Fleur's eyes lit up as she smiled
"Aww, what would you need help with that? It's completely normal to like the same gender" Fleur said as Kelly sighed and looked at the ground
"Well, I was thinking about asking her to dance but I don't think she would say yes because of the things that I've done to her in the past, Plus, i'm pretty sure she likes someone else" Kelly said as she starred at the ground as Fleur sat on the bathroom stall ground  and then looked up at Kelly
"You never know until you ask her, why don't we put some make up on and help each other choose each other's dresses like we used to do when we were younger! It'll be like a fun little play date for the hour that we currently have" Fleur said as she watched Kelly sit down across from her
"Yeah, I guess you're right, so, what do you have in mind for dressings?" Kelly said as she looked at Fleur with a slight smile on her face and looked her in the eyes
Crybaby POV
What do I do Lilith? What do I wear to the dance? I don't wanna wear the same thing that I did last year, that would be boring Crybaby thought as she walked to her little changing room and put in the code as she open the door and walked in to see some dresses waiting for her to choose
"You should wear some jewelry and put some make up, i'll help you with your hair and your make up so that you look good and presentable for Kelly" The voice said as Crybaby walked over to the dresses and then giggled and shook her head
Kelly's not going to ask me to the dance, she probably doesn't even like me in that way Crybaby thought as Lilith appeared in front of her as  Crybaby sat down in a chair and then looked up at Lilith
"You never know, Crybaby! By the way, do you still want people to call you Crybaby, I remember that at the beginning of the year you said you didn't want people to call you Crybaby anymore, you wanted to go buy a different name" Lilith said as she brushed Crybaby's hair with a hair brush, gently and looked at her
Crybaby sat there and thought to herself
"my fans can call me Melanie, my friends and the people that I know here can call me Crybaby" Crybaby said as Lilith put some jewellery on her and then smiled
"Fair enough, Melanie" Lilith said as Crybaby looked up at her
"Your a friend to me, Lilith" Crybaby said as she looked up at Lilith and watched her twirl Crybaby's hair around, making it look pretty
"I'm a fan of what you do for people in this world, and I love to hear you sing and make stories about your past" Lilith said as she looked down at her and smiled
"Well, to me, you'll always be a to me friend in my eyes" Crybaby said as Lilith looked down at her and made a sweet face and then hugged her from behind as the two girls smiled
The students finished getting ready for the dance and then began to walk over to the dancing room as Leo tapped on the announcing mic to get everyone's attention
"It is now time for the dance, I will see everyone in the room shortly" Leo said as he spoken to the mic and then fixed his tie and then went down to the room as the students made their way to the room
The girls then walked in..
The lights were dimmed to a down low volume, there was beautiful dancing music that the students would dance to, are there a sparkling lights over the wall along with flowers and pretty decorations, there was a table full of drinks and snacks and paper plates for the students to enjoy
"Woah, everyone looks good!" Fleur said as Leo stood behind her and crossed his arms and nodded as students started dancing
"Yeah, this building has improved ever since last year" Leo said as he looked at the students all scattered across the room, dancing and having fun
"I would like to take you dancing, Fleur" Leo said as Fleur looked at him and then smiled
"My respond is a yes" Fleur said as Leo smiled and then took her hand gently and then shuffled their feet into the crowd of dancing people
Kelly then walked into the room as Crybaby looked at her and starred as she walked over to the table where crybaby was standing
Kelly's hair was down and she looked absolutely stunning in the dress that she was wearing, her hands were covered with jewellery such as rings and hand bracelets that would wrap around her wrist, they were shiny as gold and bright as the sun
Wow.. Kelly looks so beautiful in what she's wearing, anyone would be lucky to be dancing with her Crybaby thought as she watched Kelly look down at the ground and slowly walk over to Crybaby, taking every step proudly and confidently
Kelly POV
Crybaby looks beautiful in that dress Kelly thought as she made eye contact with Crybaby and walked over to her as her hair bounced up and down, every step she took
Kelly then Made it over to Crybaby and then went against the table and then stood beside Crybaby and looked at her with a sweet and loving smile on her face
"You look great in that, Kelly" Crybaby said as she turned her face towards Kelly with a small blush on her face
"So do you, I never thought that you could be so stylish" Kelly said as she looked into Crybaby's eyes and gave her a warm smile
"Actually, Lilith I had to help with everything so I would look good for the dance" Crybaby as she looked away and twirled her hair with an embarrassed smile on her face
"You still look good either way, Crybaby" Kelly said as Crybaby blushed more before Kelly took her hand and looked at her
"Crybaby?" Kelly said as Crybaby blushed and widened her eyes a bit before looking up at Kelly
"Yes, Kelly?" Crybaby said as she blinked slowly and waited for Kelly to respond as Kelly's face got closer to Crybaby's
"I wanna thank you for this year, even though it was only two days, it felt like forever" Kelly said as Crybaby's eyes lit up as Kelly held her hand tightly and looked her in the eyes, making wye contact with her
"Me too, Kelly, we had a lot of fun here" Crybaby said as she smiled before Kelly hugged her gently and shut her eyes and then open them and looked at Crybaby as she hugged back
"But I just have one last question for you" Kelly said as she let go and looked at Crybaby
"Come on Kelly, you got this!" Lilith said through Kelly's head
"Will you dance with me, Crybaby" Kelly says she put her hand out to Crybaby for her to take
Frozen.. Crybaby's eyes had widened as she looked at Kelly yes her heart dropped into her stomach super quickly as she smiled
"I told you, Crybaby" Lilith said as Crybaby took Kelly's hand and looked up at her with a huge smile on her face
"Yes" Crybaby whispered as her voice went soft before Kelly smiled and then took her into the crowd of people and then started dancing with her gently
The crowd of people watched as Kelly and Crybaby made their way through the crowd and then started to dance together very smoothly
"All eyes are on us" Crybaby mumbled as she looked around the room at the students as Kelly smiled and then took Crybaby by the hand as she twirled her body around and pulled her into her chest and looked at her in the eyes
"Don't worry about everyone else, just keep your eyes on me, doesn't matter if they judge us or not" Kelly said as Crybaby nodded and smiled and let Kelly twirl her around and dance
The girls danced in the middle of the crowd until The dance was finally over..
Then the music got louder as the students continued to dance..
Finally the dance was over as a portal opened In front of the main entrance
"The portal!" Crybaby set is she looked over at the portal before everyone started running towards it and going through it
The crew then ran over to the portal and then looked at one another before going through
"It was lovely to see you all again" Fleur said as she looked at everyone with a smile before the girls said goodbye to one another and hugged
After everyone had said goodbye to one another, everyone went through except Kelly and Crybaby
"It's time to go home!" Crybaby said as she walked over to the portal and then looked at Kelly to see her standing there and looking at the building
"Hey, you okay?" Crybaby said as Kelly looked over at her
"Yeah.. i'm just sad that we're leaving this behind so soon.. it feels like we just got here" Kelly said as she looked at Crybaby
"I know.. but I promise you we will see each other again on the other side, and we will remain friends" Crybaby said as she hugged Kelly and pulled her over to the portal a bit
"Girlfriends?" Kelly said as she wrapped her arms around Crybaby's chest as Crybaby smiled and nodded and closed her eyes, letting out a giggle
"Of course, I'm okay with anything, as long as I'm with you" Crybaby said as she opened her eyes and looked at Kelly
Their was a moment of silence as Kelly paused and looked into Crybaby's eyes and took a small breath in and then a small breath out
"I love you, Crybaby" Kelly said as she held onto Crybaby tightly with a smile
"I love you too, Kelly" Crybaby said as the girls looked at each other and smiled
"I'll see you on the other side, Crybaby" Kelly said as she looked down at Crybaby and then smiled
"See you on the other side, Kelly" Crybaby said as she looked into Kelly's bright blue eyes
Kelly then stood there before kissing Crybaby's lips as they fell into the portal, closing their eyes
Crybaby then opened her eyes to see her ceiling room before looking around and then starting smiling as she looked over at the calendar, knowing that it was all over
It was over..
The crew was done with K-12, their years were over.. they could finally all be free from the building that they once knew..
