The Villages Hope

Lilly Water pt 1

Elterin kept running into the woods, away from it all, away from the sounds, away from the pain. He couldn't process what happened, he was only trying to fix it! Then it came to him, it was y/b/f/n, she was the one who did this! She framed him! But why? They were close like a family! And now there was only betrayal not only by the village but from a girl he considered to be his sister!! Tears fell down his eyes as he kept running. Further and Further into the village, far away from the sound wasn't enough to escape. He couldn't handle it, the imagine of all their eyes, the way they all turned on him. The way he felt like he was being stabbed in the heart by everyone from the village it had a heavy tow on him. Blinded by tears and the desperation to be far away from the pain of the village.

As he kept running, he ran into silence, the voices in his head stopped but the pain in his heart was still there. Tears kept falling form his eyes landing onto the floor as he started to laugh. "I was only trying to fix it, I would never!" he yelled. "That's right dear" a cold women voice spoke, fear filled the teary eyes of Elterin he knew that voice, it was the voice that haunted his best friend's life. Mother Miranda.

"See dear, of course YOU wouldn't harm her, nor would your other friend, however I would" Mother Miranda explained as she stepped out into his view. "B-but I don't!" he tried to speak but was quickly silenced by Mother Miranda "Darling, I see all, after all this is my village, I have watched over everything that has ever happened." Mother Miranda took Infront of Elterin "See the pair of you friends were my only shot of taking out the thorn in my side. One of you needed to take the downfall for my plan to succeed and after all, what would they think? When y/n's magical summoning that allows her to rebirth is destroyed by those she loves!" "S-so you tricked y/b/f/n into it!" Elterin's eyes winded in fear, he turned around and ran, as far as his legs could take him, the adrenaline from the village hurting him was fading and he could feel the reality of his fear taking over. It was in this moment he let his guard down and tripped. His face met a root that stuck out like a sore thumb. As his rise he was met with a familiar female figure.

"Elterin!" a female voice screamed! With Elterin's blurry eyes he recognised the lush blonde hair and crystal blue eyes and her fair skin, her arms wrapped around him tightly "Please never do that again!" Tears filled the women's eyes as she moved her hands to rest on his face. "L-Lilly what happened?" Elterin tried to ask. "I found you when I came to grab more flowers for Amara's wedding, I saw you in the distance and saw you had fallen and smashed your head into a root! Are you sure you are, ok?" Lilly explained worrying. "I' m fine but where is y/n?" hearing Elterin ask for y/n felt like a knife going through her heart" she didn't know how Elterin felt about her but hearing the desperation in his voice made her only assume. "Lilly! Please! Mother Miranda was in the woods! She will die again! You know how much she hates dying!" Elterin yelled. Lilly stood up, her face went cold as the emotions in her faced died. She let out a little laugh as she walked away. This scared Elterin, this wasn't the Lilly he knew, they confessed how they felt about each other after the festival! They were dating! And Amara's wedding had happened over three years ago! And that's when it clicked.

Hello There!! I don't know if anyone reads this, but I'm back! i have had a lot of motivation struggles lately so its been really hard for me to work in this story. But I'm back and I have more chapter's coming soon!!
