Working Together

"We have a deal" you said to Heinsberg as you shook it hands, you watched as a smile appeared on his face, he grabbed your wrist once again and started leading you back around the halls of the 'metal shitbox' as you called it, after a while you two finally came to a stop at a door. He opened the old door to reveal a room you knew all to well. "My baby!" you scream with excitement as you run in and run around. "Yea I'm going to be honest I didn't believe that dusty underground thing was your factory" Heinsberg commented "Hm? Oh, that is my factory! It was supposed be where I built more powerful things, I didn't want Mother Miranda to see nor any of the villagers, the only person who knew about it was my best friend. But this ended up becoming like a mini hide away for my friend as I was barely here" you explained. "If you want, I can help expand it?" Heinsberg offered "Huh?" you questioned. "Well, if we are working together to take down Mother Miranda, you are gonna need a bigger working space" he explained "I guess" you muttered he only responded with a sigh. "With your permission can I expand your factory and make it bigger? I can change downstairs to be bigger and have a room for you if you want" he told you looking at you, you sighed and looked him in the eyes "I don't mind but then I will have nowhere to work" you explained. "I'll tell you what, ill let you use one of the stations I have, and you can help yourself to whatever you need" he offered "Alright" you told him.

After talking with Heinsberg about making upgrades to your factory, he took you to a big room it had everything you ever dreamed of, a massive furnace, bigger working places just your dream factory!" you really wished that this would be your factory. However, you would only know when Heinsberg was done with it.

You squeaked with excitement as you ran around the room and Heinsberg simply laughed, as you started looking around and inspecting his things, "What if I run out of materials?!" you said turning your head to him. He pointed to a lever on the wall which you stared at with confusion as you had not actually seen the lever until now "Pull that lever when you are out of metal, then if you turn around you will see a bunch of buttons, click those and you can get whatever other things you might need like tools and stuff" Heinsberg explained. "OOOOOH" you said loudly he let out a little laugh which made your cheeks turn a little pink. "Alright if that's all, I will got get started on your factory, if you need me press this button" he said as he pointed to a button that was on the same wall as him.

You nodded and then straight away turned around and started playing with your new playground, you ran around grabbing metal, smelting having a all-around blast for what felt like hours until there was a knock at the door, "Hey! Uh I left a trunk outside the door with all your blueprints and stuff that seemed very important to you, all your other stuff is just put in storage, but I thought you would at least want these while I worked on your factory" you heard a puffed out and what sounded tired Heinsberg. "Are you ok?" you responded, "N-not even a thank you?" he said jokingly "I thought that you would just use your wizard shit power and just boom done?" you explained. "Haha yea I could do that but uh I don't know how much metal I have" you could tell instantly he was lying, he had so much you knew because as you were being dragged around you. "Alright then, I'm just going to go back to work" he responded as you heard his footsteps disappear.

You sighed as you opened the door greeted with the trunk he left for you, after dragging it in the room you opened it and started looking through everything you had, you had old blueprints of ideas that could be a possibility of killing Miranda. You dug through it all sitting on the floor watching as memories flied past as if they had only happened moments ago. Tears formed on your eyes when you saw a photo of you, your best friend, Elterin, and a bunch of other villagers and a puppy that was in your arms. You let out a little sigh remembering all the time when you would help the village as you gathered materials to try and make things that could take down Miranda. There just seemed to be no end to her just as you. She could take the damage you put at her and shook it off not even a moment after, between you never dying fully, and her showing no signs of weakness it was practically impossible. So, the question you should have been trying to solve would be simple, if you could figure out what happened to you and why you didn't rebirth sooner you could try and use that against Miranda.

With that idea in mind, you started spamming the ever living shit out of the button Heinsberg told you to press if you needed him, after about a hundred presses he was finally at your door, "Could you of at least been a bit more patience" he spoke up as he opened the door, you noticed that he was missing his hat and glasses, but most importantly, his jacket and shirt were also missing?!

"What the-"you said as you examined his chest, you could practically feel the heat in your face! You watched as he smirked as the heat in your face went even hotter "So you like what you see? He said teasingly "Oh shut up! I have seen much better guys and even girls then you!' you tried to protest, "Uh huh, anyways what did you need red face?" he commented before leaning on the door frame.

"Uh- oh right! I have an idea" you explained "Uh huh and that is what?" as he looked you up and down in a teasingly way. "Wha- OH FOR FUCKS SAKE HEISNBERG I MEAN KILLING MIRNADA!!" you yelled at him as you threw the closest object you could grab at him. He simply laughed and you covered your face. You didn't understand why you were acting like this? You never have been like this! Why does it mean? No. you couldn't be. Could you? You never loved someone romantically before, you had a desire of death for Miranda then anything in the world how could you suddenly feel this way about HIM, the dude that LITERALLY stole your factory! Sure, he was good looking, and you were now partners to take down Miranda! And he was helping rebuild your factory but still!

You shook your head away from your emotional thoughts "Miranda found a way to delay my rebirth, So I was thinking! If we can work out HOW she did, we could use that information and turn it on her and keep her in a permanent sleep!" you explained with excitement at your idea. You saw the light in Heinsberg's eyes of the idea. He loved it. "Alright then, ill send out some machines to go and look" he said as he turned around and you only nodded in response trying to work out what else you could simply do to stop this.

You went back to going through the trunk trying to just find even the tiniest of clues to how Miranda stopped you from coming back.
