You woke up parched, and forgetting your bed is high up from the ground you fell straight down. Luckily Cedric wasn't in the room, so nobody could see your shortcomings.

From out the window you could see it was probably somewhere in the early afternoon, you'd slept in and he hadn't said a thing.

There was a possibility that it was due to the conversation the two of you had last night about who in the building he suspected to be plotting against him, but you decided to pretend that never happened. The only person really plotting against him was whoever it was that told him he didn't need a therapist because god-

You made your way out of the tower and down to the bathroom. If you want to, you can pee, but that's not why you're here. You turned the sink on and drank directly from the stream of water. Was there filtered water downstairs? Yes. Was this easier than getting lost? Also yes.

As you walked back up to the tower you ran into Cedric, who was holding a packet of flower seeds, and a couple of herbs as well. Luckily neither of you fell, opting to just stumble instead. Today really wasn't going all to well for you balance, now was it?

"Oh- sorry dude, didn't mean to stumble all up into you," you said to him as you grabbed the handrail that you should've been using the whole time.

"It's alright [Name], I'm surprised to see you up this early. I was expecting you to rise a 6 thinking it was only 10," he looked down at his hands to make sure he hadn't dropped anything on the floor. He hadn't.

"What's with the flowers? You running the Enchantsia garden club now?" You asked as the two of you entered the sorcerers tower, you shut the door  behind you and watched as he grabbed a ladder from one of the high up shelves.

"Trying something out, grab those two tubes over there and bring them to me," he instructed as he propped the ladder up against a different walkway on the wall. You walked over to his work station, casually made the mistake of smelling one of the liquids you happened to be grabbing (rule something of science was never to directly smell something. Im applying what I learned in chemistry to the magic of potions to make it less magical for you all. Get scienced. (Also waft. Waft the smell into those nostrils of yours. One of your many facial orfices)). It smelt like grass and the Devil.

You handed them to Cedric and steadied the ladder for him. After he got onto the platform he motioned for you to come up as well. Making sure to be as careful as possible, you slowly made your way up, pausing in fear every-time the ladder creaked or made a movement. The bird flew up after the two of you and landed on a perch next to one of the windows.

"Today im going to show you how to water flowers." He began to pour the potions into each other, "once these bubbling potions mix, a bubbling rain will come a quick."

Rain did in fact come, as well as lightning. However, instead of over the flowers, the cloud appeared above the sorcerers head. Wormwood made that weird noise where you can tell he's laughing, but it scares you to think about his ability to understand human emotion and comedy. That bird was a part of the bane of your existence.
He swatted the cloud away and you pushed his bangs to the side that he could see again. A knock suddenly came about the door, as Princess Sofia came rushing in.

"Mr. Ceedric?" She said, looking around the room without bothering to look up at where you and Cedric actually happened to be.

"It's c*E*dric. Ceeeeeereedric," he said as he slid down the ladder, more utterly annoyed with the girl than he usually was. You followed after him, slowly and carefully.

"I need you help! I'm supposed to sing tomorrow, but I've been croaking like a," she croaked, "like a frog since this morning. What's wrong with me?"
