(This is 3rd person.)
When the Captain received the data, they started panicking. Not only were they in a new universe, but they were in a universe where 95% of the population had an ability known as a quirk. As the Captain informed the crew onboard, a scientist started programing a satellite to orbit Earth and collect data about the landscapes.
When Enforcer was first informed of this data, he wanted to find a quirkless person that was young so he could take them in and train them. To him it was obvious that people without quirks were being mistreated and ignored, as everywhere he looked on Earth, he saw people with quirks and when he found an older man without a quirk, he saw that everyone ignored him or told him that he should end his life and hope for better luck next time.
As REX learned more and more about quirks and how they change the world, he wondered if they could be used to boost crop growth on the UES Safe Travels and extend their stay there. The more and more he studied quirks the more he realized that quirks were being used in every aspect of life meaning that people had been too reliant on the evolutions that they were gifted with. This fact garnered his respect for the quirkless as they not only withstood being berated, but also had to make do without a supernatural ability.
For Nezu, he was hoping that the world would ignore a small dot constantly hovering above Japan. "Nezu, there is a small robot roaming around campus. What do we do with it? should we send Aizawa and Hizashi to investigate?" Asks Cementoss, his face as stoic as ever. "No, this small robot is a drone sent to find me. It came from a spaceship in orbit." Replied Nezu as if this was common knowledge.
"A spaceship?!" Shouts Lunch Rush, hoping that Nezu was just messing around. "Yes, Lunch Rush. A spaceship is in orbit as we speak. This was the unidentified object that the Hero Commision was asking about." Nezu said, trying to convey that he wasn't joking around at the moment.
"let's go out and greet it then, it probably knows where it is and what it needs to do." Announced Nezu, trying to get the staff ready to greet their first contact with an extraterrestrial. Slowly, the teachers left the office and started walking to the courtyard, hoping that the drone wasn't hostile.
(Izuku's POV - After he arrived at the doctor's office)
"I wonder what my quirk is going to be. Maybe it will be telekinesis, or maybe it will be fire breath like my dad! Maybe it will be a fusion, like pyrokinesis!" Izuku descended into muttering madness. "Come on, Izuku. We're going to be late if you don't hurry!" Inko said, grabbing her son's attention.
"Okay, Mom!" Izuku yelled, gaining a few looks from the people within the office.
(Timeskip- Right after the tests are completed.)
"It looks like your quirkless." The doctor stated, not even caring about the boy's feelings.
Izuku just dropped his All Might toy out of shock, and Inko, being the loving mom she is, started trying to get Izuku to respond to her. "Izuku, look at me. Please, I need to see you." Inko whispered into his ear, successfully gaining his attention. "We need to go home. When we go home you can watch videos on the computer." Inko stated as she pulled him into a hug then set him on the ground.
During the drive it was clear she was holding back tears. And when they finally got home, she just sat on the couch, hoping that Izuku would have a nice life even though he didn't have a quirk. When she heard the same video replaying and saying "I AM HERE" over and over again, she started to walk over to Izuku. "Mommy, can I be a hero like him?" Izuku asked while pointing at All Might with a shaky hand. "I'm Sorry!" Inko wailed as she hugged Izuku, not knowing that those words made his life harder than it would ever be.
(3rd Person - At the UES Safe Travels)
"Captain! A kid was just marked as quirkless on the data from the Hero Commission!" a member of the data interpreters shouted, garnering attention from all over the bridge. "What do we do? Do we send a transport and try and recruit him? Or do we observe him?" Asked the chief navigator, looking around the cabin.
"We must recruit him. Quirkless people are one of the rarest things in the world, and I'm not going to pass up this chance any time soon." Replied the captain. "Ready the transport. I'm bringing him in at any costs." Announced the Enforcer walking in from behind the captain.
"I know you want to join me, Captain." Said the Enforcer, looking at the only photo they have of the quirkless boy. The picture in question showed a small boy with green hair and 4 freckles on each side of his face. The freckles were in a diamond shape, as if they were placed there. The craziest thing there though, was the fact that his eyes looked like they had an emerald base, with a coating of malachite covering the outer edges of the pupil.
"Yes, I do want to join you. but that would mean the crew would be left without a leader. How about you bring REX down. He is in need of a walk and some fresh air." (No, REX is not a dog. he is a plant/robot hybrid.) Said the captain, hoping that REX wouldn't harm the environment with his Bramble growth.
Enforcer, seeing that as a viable alternative, just nodded and then turned to leave when he said, "I can't just bring the boy. Any relatives that know him have to join him to help with the secrecy, and to protect him." The Captain just nodded and dismissed the Enforcer.
(Note: This is my first book. DO NOT EXPECT CONSISTENT UPDATES, I have a job and other aspects of my life too. Please do not rush me or try and force me to do stuff. If i find the time and the will, I will write a chapter. Length may not be consistent with each chapter. Seeing as the amount of time I have is ever shortening due to Inflation.)
