A shuddered breath passed Rebekah's lips as her humanity switched back on. Rebekah then sped up to Lexi and slid into the gap between Lexi and Finn, pushing Finn away.

Finn thought about killing his sister in that moment.

As Rebekah buried her face into Lexi's chest, Lexi shot Finn an apologetic look and gestured for him to stand next to her. Once Finn was next to her Lexi tilted her face up and brushed her lips against his, encouraging him to kiss her. Finn understood instantly and cupped her face in his hands before pressing their lips together. He then moved so that he was behind Lexi, wrapped his arms around her and then began nosing at the other side of her neck.

After a moment, Lexi attempted to move from their hold but was stopped as they only tightened their grip. Once even more time had passed, Lexi tried and failed to move again. When Lexi began to writhe under their hold, Rebekah let out a low growl in an attempt to still her mate's movements.

This bitch.

Wait I probably shouldn't make fun of them after they thought I was dead for almost 5 months-

"Stop moving." Finn muttered against her neck after a few more moments of Lexi's struggling.

"I want to see the others." Lexi said as she continued her movements. Rebekah and Finn released their hold on Lexi enough to meet each others eyes, sharing a nervous look. "What aren't you telling me?" Lexi asked, watching their interaction.

"Angel" Finn started, "There is something you need to know."

-----------------------------------------------------

"You're fucking kidding me right?" Lexi snapped, her eyes flickering between Finn and Rebekah who were currently sitting on either side of her. After realising how significant what they needed to explain was, Finn and Rebekah sat their mate down on the least mutilated lounge in the house and sat on either side of her. They then explained how when she left the other side, they all switched off their humanities and currently, Kol, Elijah and Klaus were off embracing their no humanity selves. Finn and Rebekah then explained that she had already caused their humanities to switch back on.

"Unfortunately not, Angel." Finn said, running his thumb along her thigh in an attempt to comfort her. Lexi then let out a sharp breath and leaned her body back against the couch causing her head to drop back.

"Okay." She whispered as she stood up, sliding out from under their hold. "Let's go" Lexi said turning to face Rebekah and Finn. Noticing the confused expression that was mirrored on their faces, Lexi continued speaking. "Find your siblings and switch their humanities back on." She clarified.

-----------------------------------------------------

"It should be on the left." Lexi directed as she looked at the blood stained map. As the sun was already beginning to rise when they decided to track down the remaining Mikaelson siblings, Finn made Lexi breakfast whilst she completed a locator spell on each of the siblings. They then discovered that Kol, Elijah and Klaus were all currently outside of Virginia.

Once Lexi finished eating, they then left for what was about to turn into the longest road trip of their lives... keeping in mind that Rebekah and Finn were in a box when cars were invented and Lexi's anxiety only worsens on car rides after the accident. Currently, they were approaching the location which had been revealed when Lexi did the locator spell for Kol.

The location was a bar in south Indiana which happened to be on the same path which led to Elijah and Niklaus who were both in Illinois.

"How do you want to do this?" Rebekah asked as Finn pulled over in front of the building. Before Rebekah finished speaking, Lexi had already exited the vehicle and was moving towards the bar.

"Angel, I feel like we should have a plan." Finn said, walking quickly behind her.

"I didn't have a plan with either of you and I have had eight hours to think about this." Lexi said before walking into the building, closing the door behind her. Lexi then put up a quick barrier and privacy spell, not wanting Finn or Rebekah to interfere with her idea. A sharp breath then passed Lexi's breath as she tried to mentally prepare herself for what she was about to see.

Lexi then turned around to see an empty hallway.

That's a good sign... I think

There was then a pained scream at the end of that hallway.

Not such a good sign.

Lexi grimaced at the sound before she began to walk down the hallway, acutely alert of her surroundings. She then came across a room which was filled with dead bodies and blood splatters.

Delicious

Noticing no signs of life in that room she continued walking down the hallway. After checking each of the rooms which only ever tended to contain lifeless bodies, Lexi concluded she actually needed to follow where she had previously heard a woman screaming- because that's not how everyone dies in horror movies.

Lexi slowly cracked open the door at the end of the hallway. After a moment, Lexi then continued to open the door. Despite lacking supernatural hearing, Lexi could practically hear her heart having a seizure in her chest. Once Lexi re-composed herself, she slowly entered the room which was significantly larger than the other rooms she had come across. She then closed the door behind her before scanning her surroundings. The room was an obscure shape meaning the Lexi couldn't see its entirety from where she was standing. From what she could see, the room was just like any bar in the late morning. Empty.

After a moment, Lexi worked up the courage to walk over and look at the part of the room which was currently out of her eye line. As soon as she turned the corner, she noticed a girl sitting in the corner, quivering as though she had just watched a group of people get slaughtered- oh wait.

Lexi's attention was then stolen as a body collapsed to the ground, causing another muffled whimper to escape the lips of the girl currently crouched in the corner. A man who Lexi quickly recognised as Kol, then used his enhanced speed to reach the girl before quite literally slapping her head off.

Okay then-

Kol then turned around to face Lexi, his chest still heaving with his pants as he tried to wipe the woman's blood off his hands and onto his shirt. He then slowly raised his head so that his eyes met Lexi's. It was at the moment Lexi noticed the blood leaking from either side of his lips and running down his chin. She then continued watching as recognition filled his eyes before he tilted his head, his eyes never leaving hers.

oh snap

Lexi then began to reflect on which choices in her life had led her to thinking a ripper vampire was attractive.

I would be lying if I said that wasn't attracti- AH SHIT
