I told him everything, about the lie I made, about the letter. "Why would you do that?" He asked worried about the situation. "I-it was the only way I thought of at the moment..." Broly sighs "what are you going to do now?" I look up at him and tears roll down my face and shrug. He walks up to me and hugs me. "Whatever you need! I'm here! As your best friend!" I smile and hug him. "The next morning I woke up exhausted. Today was the last mission before Vegeta left for a year. I put on my clothes and walked to the Force room. I walked over to get my new mission and looked at Vegeta. He looked at me and quickly looked away. I grabbed the notebook and opened it. It was the same Planet Raditz had died on. My eyes widened. "Why here...?" I whispered to myself. We all walked out to the ships. "Good luck everyone...!" We began to walk into the ship. Before I walked in I turned and saw Vegeta staring at me before he walked in to his ship. We made eye contact for about 1 minute. He grabbed the handle and lifted himself up and disappeared into his ship. I let my breath out and allowed a tear to escape my eyes. I sat down on the ship ready for my mission.

Vegeta
I was in my planet killing off all life force. I get a random call. On my scouter "Captain! Captain!" I hold the button "what!?" I can hear people frantically screaming "Our superior is down! We have to retreat!" I was confused "Your superior is down!? What happened!? Is your superior dead!?" There was silence for a couple minutes. "She was attacked! But she's alive! She is badly injured! Do we retreat!?" I dropped my weapon "S-she!? Is it Y/N!?" There was silence "Yes sir!" My heart dropped. "Yes retreat!" They hung up and I retreated as well. When we got to the main vessel I ran off the ship straight to the hospital. When I got there it was full. I ran pushing everyone out of the way. I needed to get through. I ran through the long hallways hoping to reach the front desk. When I did I frantically yelled. "I'm looking for Y/n!" The lady at the front desk said "she is currently in urgent care! Sir can you take a seat?!" I slammed my hands on the table "I am captain of the Elite Force! I should be allowed to see her! Or at least know if she's okay!" The lady stood up "Please take a seat sir!" She yelled in my face. I turned around and Broly was sitting down also waiting. I rolled my eyes and sat 5 seats away from him. After 20 minutes a doctor walked out. Me and Broly stood up at the same time. We ran towards the doctor. "Are you waiting for y/n?" We both nodded. "I am sorry to tell you that she is severely injured! We have tried almost everything we can to help her, her body is rejecting all source of medical health! We tried to put her into the healing capsule but her condition worsened making the situation worse! She was attacked with some sort of poison, poison I have never seen before!" My heart dropped "is she going to be alright!?" The doctor put a hand on my shoulder "we don't think she's going to make it through the night... her body just seems like it's giving up..." a tear rolled down my face. "C-can I see her?" The doctor nodded "room 120. But only one person can go in!" Broly looked at me I looked at him. "Let me go in!" He nodded and I ran to the room 120. I opened the door and when I did I saw her on the hospital bed. She was all scratched up. Her arms were purple. Her whole body was turning purple. I walked over to her and sat down next to her. I held her hand and kissed it. I sniffled "this is all my fault... I sent you to that planet!" I cried into her arm. "I'm so sorry..." I fell asleep next to her bed. I didn't let go of her hand. I woke up the next morning. The lights were really bright. I looked at her and she was still unconscious. I sighed and a random doctor walked in. "Oh! Hello!" I stood up and cleared my throat "hello! Anything new?" He grabs a folder from under his arm "actually yes! Are you... husband?" I lightly chuckle "No! I-I'm her boyfriend..." the doctor bows "sorry I apologize!" I laugh "it's alright... so what did you want to tell me?" The doctor took a deep breath and puts on his glasses "what I have to tell you isn't really easy..." a lump forms in my throat "I just wanted to tell you sir! I'm so sorry for your loss..." I furrow my eyebrows "why? S-she's still alive!" I nervously chuckle "oh! Y-you didn't know...? Oh boy this is more difficult than I thought! Well sir, you see, your girlfriend was a month pregnant with your child and the baby didn't make it..." my heart dropped "s-she was pregnant!?" I fell back in to the chair. "Once again... sorry for your loss sir!" He bows one more time and leaves the room. I sat there with my hand over my mouth. I was shocked and confused. The door slowly opened only to reveal Frieza. I stood up immediately. I kneeled. "Emperor Frieza!" I looked up and Frieza motioned me to stand up. "What happened Vegeta?" I looked at Y/n. "I sent her on a mission to a dangerous planet and she was attacked!" Frieza chuckles "well! What bad luck! Anyways! Vegeta! You were supposed to leave on my mission an hour ago!" I flinched. "Yes sir! But can I please request time!? At least until she wakes up!?" Frieza growls "No! I already gave you a month! And how do we know she's ever going to wake up!" I look at Y/n who shows no signs of waking up. "1 week! That's all I ask of you!" I get on my knees "please Frieza! I beg of you!" Frieza laughs "alright! One week! You useless monkey!" He begins to walk away. I slowly stand up, before he walks out he says "if you request for more time! I'll put that poor girl out of her misery!" He slams the door behind him. I take a deep breath and sit down next to Y/n again. "You need to wake up..." a while later during that day the doctors came back to run some tests. They took her to get some tests done. I went to my dorm to take a quick nap. When I woke up I could smell food coming from my kitchen. I walked into my kitchen and saw Araya cooking. "How the hell did you get in here?" I asked. She turned around and smiled "you left your door unlocked! But lunch is ready!" I lift an eyebrow "I'm not hungry! I need to be somewhere!" I put on my boots and began to walk out of the door. She grabbed me and slammed me against the wall "hey!" I stare at her. She is smirking and she is shirtless. "Come on Vegeta! I know you want me!" She grabbed my hand and put it on her breast. I removed my hand and grabbed her by the neck. "Don't ever touch me! Don't ever come into my room again! Or I will kill you! And put some damn clothes on!" I walked out the door angry, heading for the hospital again. When I got there I walked over to Y/N's room. She was already back and still unconscious. The doctor was already in there. "Hello doctor!" The doctor looked up and smiled "hello there Captain!" I smiled "no need for that! Just call me Vegeta!" His eyes widened, he quickly fell to his knees "Vegeta!? As in Prince Vegeta!? M-my lord!" I chuckle "no need for that either!" He stands up and looks at y/n "so this is the future princess!? Oh my! I should have her taken better care of-" I grab his shoulder "calm down doctor... no need for any of that! The way we have been getting treated is perfect! Thank you!" The doctor smiles and bows "thank you!" He opens his folder "well! We have results! She is doing so much better! The poison seems to be leaving her system! She should wake up soon!" I smile and let out a breath of relief. The doctor stands up "you two should get married soon! I hear you have a mission coming up! You two would make a perfect queen and king!" He bows and walks out of the door "king and queen huh?" I chuckle and grab Y/N's hand. I stay there almost all day and the clock finally hits midnight. I stand up and stretch, I then bend over Y/N's table and lightly place a kiss on her forehead. I suddenly felt a hand grab my arm. I look and see that it's Y/N's hand. She tightens her grip. "P-please d-don't leave me..." she said with the lightest whisper. My eyes widened I pulled away to look at her, she could barley keep her eyes open. "Y/n...?" I put my hand on her cheek. Tears roll from her eyes "I'm s-sorry... I-I should've died!" She lifts her hand and covers her face as she cries "What are you talking about!?!" She whimpers "I'm an idiot!" I remove her hands from her face "stop... please! Wait for me! I'm going to get the doctor!" I ran out and found the doctor, once I told him the news he ran to her room to check on her, turns out she was doing good and she was going to make a full recovery, the poison was almost all gone.

I waited for Vegeta to come back, I turned over and curled myself back up. "Why am I still alive...? I should be dead... why couldn't I just die...?" Tears were flowing from my eyes. I heard foot steps walking towards my room. I quickly wiped away my tears and stood up. Vegeta and the doctors walked in. They all smiled and they ran a full test. "She'll be making a full recovery!" Said the doctor as he closed his notepad. I felt a hand on mine and looked at Vegeta, he was smiling and he kissed my hand. *what is he doing here?* I asked myself. The doctor and Vegeta shake hands and I laid back down, thinking to myself. Vegeta sat down in front of me and sighed happily. "You're going to make a full recovery!" He grabbed my hand. I stood up. "Why are you still here?" He let go of my hands "what do you mean? I'm here because you almost died!" I looked away "you should be on your mission! Not here with me!" He grabbed my face and made me face him. "I got an extension for a week! I'll be leaving in a week!" I sigh and look down "I'm sorry for causing you so much trouble..." Vegeta sits back down and sighs "it's my fault you ended up like this..." I look at him shocked "what!?! No it isn't!!" He runs his hand through his hair. "I assigned you to that planet... I knew it was dangerous... and it was also the same planet Raditz died on..."
