Chapter 7

I stood in front of where the bus's should be, but weren't. Sighing, i sat down. Extremely tired.

"Did my girlie not get any sleep last night?" A familiar voice spoke, and i knew damn well who it was. "Yes, childe. But not 'yours'." I yawned, stretching my arms a bit.

"Mm, well don't worry. You'll be able to nap plenty on the ride." He smiled, sitting down next to me.

I looked up, seeing albedo and waving him over. "Albedo! What bus are you on?" I asked, smiling. "Me and childe are both on bus 6A." I quickly added.

"Oh, what a coincidence. So am i." He lightly smiled, and i grinned "sweet!" My smiled quickly faded as a familiar boy walked towards me.

Xiao.

I frowned, looking away. We rarely had any encounters at all, and we both knew it. "Ahem." He cleared his throat "(Y/N), i need to speak with you." I looked at him, and hesitantly agreed. 

Waving goodbye to childe and albedo, i followed xiao to a spot a bit away from the buses.

"So.. what did you need with me?" I kind of tilted my head, and xiao turned to me. His eyes showed seriousness, and i gulped.

"Listen, I don't care who you think you are but you definitely don't get to strut into this school and act like you know everyone." He narrowed his eyes, and i felt a bit nervous.

A fee people have told me of xiao and another persons personality, and it just confirmed what i knew.

"Uhm- I don't really understand what your getting at." I shrugged, and xiao looked like he wanted to rip my heart out on the spot.

"I don't give a damn if you know what im getting at, but i want you too know one thing." He looked at me, and it looked like he was kinda thinking.

"Don't get in my way on this trip." He snapped back to reality, and i raised a brow.

"That's it?" I questioned, holding back a laugh.

"Yes, that's it. Now move." He shoved past me, and i glared at him.

"Wonder what crawled out his ass this morning." I thought, walking back to childe.

"Probably a leech." I laughed to myself, sitting back down next to childe.

The buses soon arrived, and we all piled on. I sat down near the back next to a window, and childe was quick to snatch the seat beside me.

I yawned, stretching. "Did you bring anything that'll help me sleep?" I looked at childe, who dig through a bag for a moment. Then dragged out a small pillow and handed it too me. "Here ya go, darling."

He smiled, and it actually seemed genuine. I felt my cheeks get a bit warm, and i thanked him.

The bus soon was heading off, and i looked out the window for a moment.

I glanced at childe who was on his phone. I smirked, and placed the small pillow on his shoulder and laid my head down.

He slightly widened his eyes, looking over with a small blush.

"Hm, cute for a daredevil." He muttered, hoping I wouldn't hear.

But i did.

"Mm, only a daredevil for you." I sleepily muttered, and caused him to go read.

"Ah- Alright, darling." He managed to add a name, but i could tell he was flustered.

I giggled a bit, watching him go on his phone for a moment before truly going to sleep.
