Chapter 8

A/N: this is just them at the food court, then they'll be leaving the art museum.

We all walked into the food court, and kaeya offered to pay. Venti happily agreed to that, obviously.

I sat down, looking at the little tablet thing with all the food items. "Hm.. so many options." I raised a brow, showing venti.

"Woah! Thats a lot of options." Venti beamed, and I could of sworn i saw stars in his green eyes.

I chuckled, and showed diluc and kaeya along with albedo the options. "I'll get a drink first." Diluc stated, ordering a grape juice.

When the drink arrived, kaeya had a disappointed face "grape juice, really?!" He dramatically gasped, placing his hand on his chest and scooting away.

Diluc looked at him, taking a sip of his drink.

"What?"

"I hate grape juice!" Kaeya exclaimed. 

"Exactly." Diluc sneered, causing me and venti to giggled.

"How rUdE!" Kaeya had a small voice crack, causing me and venti to burst out laughing.

Albedo chuckled "how amusing." He muttered.

Venti wiped a fake tear from his eye, grabbing the tablet and ordering a rice ball with salmon inside along with dried seaweed.

"Albedo, what do you want?" Venti asked, showing the options again.

"Mm, I'll just get the vanilla flavored mocha to start." Albedo stated, and venti nodded

"Got it!"

Diluc decided to go straight to dessert and grab a strawberry shortcake, and a hot sauce packet.

We were all confused why he ordered a hot sauce packet, then all froze when he got it.

"What?" He questioned as he slowly poured the hot sauce on the strawberry shortcake.

(A/N: i see him just adding unnecessary hot sauce to random things.) 

I stared at the hot sauce covered strawberry shortcake, and kaeya covered his eyes due to the grossness. 

"I don't even know if thats healthy.." Albedo shakily stated, obviously freaked by the sight.

He moved seats, sitting beside venti.

Venti got over it easily as soon as his food and Albedos drink arrived, and venti started to stuff his face.

Kaeya was fake gagging, causing diluc to roll his eyes.

"Thats so gross!" Kaeya exclaimed, trying to rid his mind of the weird food mix and order something.

Kaeya ordered a blueberry pie slice, how amusing.

Diluc shrugged, using a fork to cut a piece off and eat his weird dessert.

Kaeya slid his food over to himself, not doing much to it and grabbing a fork to eat it.

Diluc got an idea, then suddenly grabbed his hot sauce packet and quickly poured a small drop on kaeyas pie.

As soon as the drop hit his pie, all of us froze. Kaeya stared at his now hot sauce pie, widening his eyes.

Venti gasped, covering his mouth with his small hands.

I widened my own eyes, the tension was growing as diluc retracted his hand and placed the hot sauce packet down slowly.

Venti muttered something, but it wasn't audible since he had his mouth covered.

"Diluc.." kaeya muttered in the most small yet stern voice we've ever heard from him.
