The next OC to introduce is Lillian (Lily) Vanberg. She was born five years before Dishonored 2 and DOTO. Since she is the product of the Void God and a human having a child she has some degree of power and a stronger connection to the Void than the marked.
As an infant, she was very silent and sickly. Her mother was terrified she wouldn't survive while her father tried not to get attached to her. She did survive thankfully but it was very obvious she was different from other kids. She never had an interest in forming bonds with other children and never spoke much. She was more interested in playing by herself and talking to her mother and later father when she stumbled into the Void. She would often amuse herself with the few toys she had and would also poke at dead animals.
After her father was returned to his human state she felt a stronger pull toward the Void. Her parents live in fear that she'll be taken by a cult wanting to replace the Outsider.
Age: Four (in Dishonored 2 and DOTO.) Five (at the time of the Veiled Terror.)
Description: Long brown thick hair. Blue-green eyes. Unhealthy pale skin. Dark shadows around her eyes (like her dad) and has similar shadows on her hands and up her forearms.
