Asad was getting out of his car when he saw Neil entering the gates of ZAA Tech and decided to wait for him.

'Hi, lover boy, came for your thief-wife?' Asad greeted in his usual way.

'I don't have to worry about that, remember I chained her to this heart of mine, and she reformed. You should be worried, run-away bride and all...' the men laughed at their silly jokes as they hugged. Of course, they were bound to be friends especially if their wives were as thick as thieves.

'Came to help with the search?'

'Yah, what we got at the office is bad and besides I felt like I was hampering their investigations. I'm too close to the case and you know if they say something bad about Arnav and Khushi then...'

'I get you. I think you should let them do their job. What matters is Khushi home safe and sound.'

'Are you here to pick Zoya?'

'That's impossible. Zoya has been tensed and she didn't sleep at all. You know when she is tensed, corrections, when they are tensed they eat nonstop, so I thought to replenish their food stock.'

'Yeah, I don't even know what time Avni came home and left. Its expected though.'

'When this is over, I'm going to beat the hell out of Arnav. Who the hell does he think he is to just walk out on Khushi and leave her vulnerable? Is this what his love is?' They talked as they walked into Avni and Zoya's office.

'Mr. Six pack you here? Is that the smell of food I smell?'

'Of course, Mrs. Khan, I know your brain works only after eating. Hi Avni, I've got your favorite in there too.'

'You're the best Bhai.' Avni reached for the pack. 'Hi, Neil, what are you doing here? Any news?'

'Too many theories for my liking. My team is split according to their theories, and I will get an update soon. Arnav?'

'Neil, Bhai?' Arnav said in greeting and soon the girls screamed as their friend landed on the ground. Asad had just punched him on his face.

'Asad...Aru?' The girls rushed to Arnav who was wiping the blood at the corner of his mouth.

'Are you crazy Mr. Khan what was that for?'

'I should have done that long time ago. It's for his stupidity.'

'I though you said you will do it after finding Khushi?'

'Neil?' Avni called him out. He was just adding fuel to the fire. 'Get the first aid box at least if you don't have anything to do.'

'I'm fine Avni, Zoya, it's okay really. I know that I was wrong, and my apology won't mean anything if Khushi is not here with us.'

'It's good you know. What is this I hear of her and a strip club?'

'We are still verifying if it was them?'

'Them?' asked Neil

'Didn't you see she was with Lavanya, and I know those too can never go there.' Neil and Asad looked at each other. It looked like ASR was still trusting Lavanya.

'Arnav, my team believes Lavanya is behind this.'

'That's bull shit, Lavanya is Khushi's friend, she can never hurt her.'
