Jimin was the entire talk of the office. All he could hear the next week at work were the whispers about how the Kim Taehyung came to his rescue. Some were even coming up with the rumor that he was Jimin's partner.

"Here's your coffee, Mr. Park!" a woman came and set down an iced Americano for him.

Jimin felt his eye twitch "Thank you, Ms. Soo."

Once the rumor got around that Taehyung might be Jimin's partner, everyone started being nice to him. He hated how nice everyone was treating him now that people assumed he was married to a chaebol. Even the coworker that harassed him all the time started to leave him alone. Jimin thought everyone had zero brains. When the rumors first started spreading, all Jimin could think is if he was married to such a rich man why would he even be working at all.

Jimin took a sip of his coffee and started getting back to work. He was still trying to figure out how to run into Taehyung again to clear up the situation.

"Mr. Park?" a soft voice pulled him out of his thoughts.

Jimin turned around to see one of his coworkers "Yes?"

"I-I was just wondering, we're all going to a company dinner tonight and we were wanting to know if you wanted to invite your partner?" the man asked.

"No, my husband won't be joining" Jimin let out a frustrated sigh "I won't be going either."

"O-Oh, I didn't mean to offend you!" the man stuttered.

"No, you're fine... I guess I can make it tonight" Jimin smiled. His coworker bowed and hurried away. Jimin leaned back in his chair and ran his hand through his hair. He pulled it away and stared at the ring. "Stupid ring... why did I ever put you on?" he mumbled to himself.

The rest of the work day went on without a hitch. Jimin packed up his things as all his coworkers started talking about what they were gonna order at the restaurant.

"Mr. Park, can I talk to you?" Ms. Soo grabbed his arm and pulled him to the side.

"What is it?" Jimin asked. He was worried he was in trouble.

She smiled "It's nothing bad. I'm sure you've heard all of the rumors..."

Jimin frowned "Y-Yes...?"

"Don't let them get to you, half of the people here live boring lives and can do nothing but gossip" she assured "I know you're not married to Kim Taehyung. I also understand wanting to keep work and private life separate. Keep your chin up" she patted him on the back and walked away.

Jimin felt relieved to know there was someone on his side. He followed everyone out of the office. Everyone chatting away as they walked down the street. Jimin talked to Ms. Soo the entire walk there. Once they reached the restaurant everyone's partners started to show up as well.

They had their private room that was packed. Jimin started to feel suffocated by everyone chatting and laughing. Most of all he felt lonely. He glanced around to see everyone acting lovey with their partners.

Jimin stood up and slipped out of the room. He felt sick from all of the food he ate and the beer he drank. He could feel himself stumbling a bit. Jimin bumped into someone walking in front of him.

"Ah- S-Sorry..." Jimin apologized "You?" he felt his heart skip a beat. Taehyung stared down at him with a blank expression.

"You all go ahead, here's some money for taxi's" Taehyung pulled out some money and handed it over to his coworkers.

"Taehyung..."

"Let's go outside and talk" Taehyung grabbed Jimin's arm and pulled him outside. The two were drunk.

They stood outside, Jimin fidgeting with the sleeves of his jacket. He looked over at Taehyung who offered him a cigarette.

"Thank you..." Jimin grabbed a cigarette, Taehyung lighting it for him.

Taehyung exhaled "How long have you been married?" Jimin felt his face heat up "Does he treat you right?" Taehyung leaned in close to Jimin's face. Jimin looked away, trying to catch his breath. Taehyung grabbed Jimin's hand and played with the ring.

"Taehyung-" Jimin could feel the space between him and Taehyung closing. Jimin could see the younger was drunk, he grabbed his face and kissed him. Jimin melted into it, he had missed it so much.

Taehyung pulled away, staring at Jimin's face. The older licked his bottom lip, his breathing heavy. Taehyung kissed Jimin again, pulling him in by the waist. Jimin desperately clung to Taehyung, the two making a mess of each other's clothes.

Jimin pulled away and grabbed Taehyung's hand. He started to lead him away from the restaurant and towards a nearby hotel. They walked through the front doors, and Jimin quickly booked a room.

The two got into the room and immediately grabbed each other. Taehyung desperately kissed Jimin. He lifted him and carried him over to the bed. He laid him down and took off his shirt. Jimin stared at Taehyung. He didn't remember the younger being this built before.

Taehyung placed a finger under Jimin's chin, placing a tender kiss on his lips. Jimin could feel chills run up his body. He was nervous.

"I missed you" Taehyung mumbled against his lips. Jimin felt like he couldn't speak. The younger starting to slip off Jimin's clothes and kiss down his body.

Jimin still didn't have the chance to tell Taehyung the ring was fake. All Taehyung could think at the moment is he was about to fuck a married man.

Something took over Taehyung at that moment as all he could think about was marking Jimin's body. He started to suck at Jimin's neck, leaving a dark bruise. He then trailed marks down his body and then his arm, all the down to his hand. Jimin watched as Taehyung slipped his ring finger into his mouth and bit down on it.

Jimin let out a small gasp, pulling his hand away. He glanced at Taehyung who had sadness in his eyes.

Taehyung started to tear up, and Jimin quickly pulled him into a hug "I'm sorry..." Taehyung cried.

"It's okay, you didn't do anything wrong. Let's just stay like this..." Jimin whispered as he held Taehyung in his arms. The two fell asleep in each other's arms.
