Taehyung sat in his old room at his parents home. He looked around to see all the packed luggage. Moving didn't seem real to him quite yet, and neither did leaving Jimin. He felt bad about how angry he got, but her was so tired. Taehyung had gone through that situation so many times that this was his final straw. He blocked Jimins number, it was for the best. He knew if he heard the olders voice or saw his face he would forgive him in a heartbeat.

A soft knock pulled Taehyung back to reality "Are you okay, honey?" his mother entered his room with a warm smile.

"Yeah... I think so" Taehyung lied, forcing himself to smile back.

"You know," she sat down next to him "If this is about that boy. I think you should talk to him"

Taehyung frowned "Why should I do that?" he fell back onto his bed "He was the one who cheated on me..."

His mother sighed "I did the same thing to your father when we were younger" she laid down beside Taehyung who looked at her confused "When I first started seeing your father, he was just like you. But, I was scared and I knew I loved him but someone else who I had been with previously was like a bug" she shook her head "He was persistent and I tried to turn him away, but things escalated. Your father and I weren't together at the time so I didn't cheat but I knew I betrayed him."

"How did you guys figure it all out?" Taehyung asked curiously.

"I became the bug" His mother chuckled "I went to his work, I went to his parent's house, I even tried to get in touch with him through his friends. I knew I couldn't lose him" she sat up and looked over at Taehyung "If he becomes a bug, at least hear what he has to say."

"I don't know if I want to..." Taehyung mumbled.

His mother sighed and stood up "It's up to you, but just know one thing. I have never seen you happier than when you were with him."

Taehyung stayed silent as his mother left the room. He made up his mind, even if he were to forgive Jimin he was still leaving for America. He got up and quickly got dressed. Taehyung didn't want to be home at the moment so he knew where he wanted to go. He started his car and made his way towards Namjoons bar.

The sun setting and the cool air starting to take over. Taehyung parked and walked through the front doors.

"Look what the cat dragged in!" Hoseok cheered.

"We thought you were dead" Yoongi shook his head and ordered the younger a drink.

Taehyung chuckled and sat down "Well, I'm sure you all heard the news"

"About Jimin?" Seokjin questioned.

"Jin!" Namjoon shouted "About his move to America"

"Oh... Yeah of course we heard about that! Not about-" Namjoon covered his husband's mouth before he could spout off anything else.

"It's fine, Joon" Taehyung took a drink of his whiskey "I'm excited to move more than anything"

Yoongi leaned over "Are you sure you're not just running from your problems?"

Everyone sat there silent. Yoongi always being the bluntest of the group.

"No, I'm not."

"Liar" Yoongi spat back.

Taehyung bit his bottom lip "Who cares if I am! Regardless if things between Jimin and I fix things I'm still going!" he yelled. The group was stunned at Taehyung raising his voice. He got up and walked out of the bar. He was frustrated and angry. He stood outside and took a deep breath. He almost walked over to Jimins work but stopped himself. He turned back around and got into his car, driving back home. Taehyung then thought about going to Jimins place but he realized he had never actually been there. He just wanted to hear what Jimin had to say. His mother told him only to allow the older back in if he became the bug, but Taehyung wasn't patient when it came to Jimin.

"Fuck!" Taehyung yelled. Jimin had a way of making him do crazy things. He turned his car around and made his way towards Jimin's work. He knew it was close to closing, but he knew Jimin was working.

He sat in his car waiting for Jimin to walk out. The second Taehyung saw the older his heart started racing. He quickly got out, walking over.

"T-Taehyung?" Jimin stopped dead in his tracks.

"Minie, let's talk- What the hell?" Jooheon spoked with a grimace.

Jimin completely ignored Jooheon and just stared at Taehyung. The younger not knowing what he wanted to say so he just stood there staring back at him.

"Why did you do it?" Taehyung spoke finally.

Jimin already looking like he was wanting to cry "I-I don't know-" Jooheon grabbed Jimin's wrist to try to pull him away. Taehyung quickly pulled the older away.

"Who the fuck do you think you are?" Jooheon spoke, getting into Taehyungs face.

"I'm here to speak with Jimin, not you" Taehyung getting closer.

Jooheon chuckled and stepped back "Wanna know why he did it? Because he doesn't want to be with you."

"That's not true-" Jimin tried to speak but Jooheon kept going.

"He wants to be with me, I can give him everything. I probably even fuck him better-" Taehyung found his fist colliding with jooheons face before he could even finish. All of Jimin's coworkers watching in shock.

Jimin grabbed Taehyung and pulled him away, walking far enough so they could be alone "Why are you here..." he quietly asked.

"Because I'm stupid" Taehyung let out a breath "I just wanna know why."

Jimin bit his bottom lip "I have no excuse" he stepped away "What I did was horrid... I betrayed you and I should never be forgiven for that. I-I love-"

"I'm leaving to America, you know that right?" Taehyung interrupted before Jimin could finish "Even if we were to fix everything now, I would still be going."

Taehyung watched as Jimin's face completely fell "That's okay... I'm not expecting you to forgive me. But, when you get back and when you're ready... I'll still be here" Jimins spoke, his voice shaking.

"I'll be gone for a few years. You'll wait that long?" Taehyung asked. He knew in his heart he still needed time to get over what Jimin did. He felt bad for playing this game, but in his mind, it was the only way to see if Jimin was just full of empty words or not.

"I'll wait for as long as you need me to."
