I wake up with the worst headache in the world. It takes me a minute to realize where I am, but when I do, I start to panic. Shit, shit, shit! We fell asleep in Scoops Ahoy!

I pull my head up from the table which causes my neck to feel really sore. I groan, which wakes Robin up. Her eyes widen as she realizes we fell asleep.

"Oh my god." she says as she quickly gets up from the table. I notice my ice cream has completely melted, leaving a sticky residue on my hands.

Robin starts to ramble as she runs around the shop and tries to get ready to open it, "Scoops Ahoy is supposed to open in 14 minutes and I've still got to go home and change into my stupid sailor uniform and my mom is probably wondering where I am and Steve was supposed to take me home and I don't have a ride to get back to my house and I can't ride my bike because it will take too long and-"

"Hey, Robin. It's okay." I say and give her a warm smile, "I can call Dawn and have her pick us up. She lives right next to the mall."

"Really? Thank you." she says as she stops what she's doing to look at me. We stare at each other for a solid 5 seconds and my heart races. Why am I nervous? I'm not drunk anymore, why am I nervous?

I panic and look away, "Um, yeah. Okay, let's go." I say, avoiding eye contact and leaving the shop. We race through the mall as people start to walk in to get their stores ready for the day.

Dawn is waiting outside for us and we both hop in the backseat.

"Ugh, I'm so hungover! I feel like shit!" she says, she definitely has seen better days. Her makeup is smudged underneath her eyes and her hair is in the messiest bun I've ever seen.

"Are you sure you can drive us?" Robin says, sounding worried.

"Oh yeah, of course! I'm super good at driving." she says, sounding more awake this time.

She drives us to Robins house as she runs inside to change really quick, then she takes Robin back to the mall and starts to drive me home.

"So, you were out with Buckley last night?" she says and gives me a look.

"Yeah, yeah. But we didn't do anything. We literally just got ice cream and we were tired so we fell asleep." I say, I panic a little.

"Are you two friends now?" Dawn asks me.

"Yeah." I laugh. I feel my face get warm and I think I'm blushing.

Dawn confirms this, "You're totally blushing Reese!Do you like her or something?"

"No! No." I say, and then I pause. "...Maybe?"

Dawn squeals and almost jumps out of her seat. I tell her, "I mean, we made eye contact twice and my heart felt like it was gonna jump out."

She just giggles, she loves love.

I panic, "Dawn, what do I do? I think she's into Steve."

"Oh my god, you sound so crazy about her!" Dawn laughs. I hate opening up to people, why did I tell her? I don't even know if I like Robin or not.

"Shut up Dawn!" I roll my eyes. She giggles as she pulls up to my house and I open to door and hop out.

I open the door to my room and just sit on my bed and think. I've only ever liked two people. In the sixth grade, there was this boy and his name was Miles Moore. I had this stupid crush on him, and then, at first girls and boys pool party, we played seven minutes of heaven. Miles and I went into the closet and he kissed me. All my other friends had gotten their first kiss already, and they told me about how 'magical' it was. They said I just had to find the right hot, and I would feel sparks.
