"My legs are dangling of the edge
The bottom of the bottle is my only friend
I think I'll slit my wrist again and I'm Gone, Gone, Gone"
Frowning at my phone I closed my eyes and threw the stupid thing in the wall. They don't care so why should I? Stupid so called friends. The only thing they like is money, free drinks, free weed... Screw them. I leaned the upper half of my body from my bed and picked up my beer bottle. Raising it in the air I mumbled cheers and swallowed down what was left inside it. I looked at the empty bottle looking trough it's throat and threw it to the side of my room. The empty bottle made a clicking sound when it came in touch with the rest of them in the corner. The sound went through my head and hit me like a ton of bricks. Stupid hangover. I put my arms under my head resting when I heard two familiar voices shouting.
"He's upstairs in his bed, again, doing what? Drinking!" my dad yelled at the top of his lungs for all the neighbors to hear. "He does nothing Clara! He's 19, I think that's an age enough to go get his own stupid place and a life."
I frowned as my mother's voice cut into the convercasion.
"Jackson calm down, he'll hear you! Or worse, Nicole will hear you." She pleaded referring to my four year old sister. Rolling my eyes, I went in the bathroom and slammed the door shut after my mom yelled at my father. Stupid life. Sighing, I dragged myself to the sink and splashed some cold water in my face. I looked at my reflection and it was as if I were staring into a strangers eyes not my own. It wasn't long before my eyes wandered to the razor at the side of the sink either.
"My legs are dangling off the edge
A stomach full of pills didn't work again
I'll put a bullet in my head and
I'm Gone, gone, gone, gone"
I opened my eyes the next morning and looked around my room.
I'm still here...
Groaning, I kicked the covers off me. The pills failed to do their job again. I'm starting to think a bullet through my brain is the only way out left for me. I pulled an old shirt over my head and went down the stairs. My mom gave me a displeased look when she saw me and Nicole smiled widely."Boo!" she shouted, making me crack a small smile. She threw her toy away and started to run towards me."Nicole!" My dad shouted from the couch, making her look at him.
"No." he shook his head and pointed back to her toys. She looked at the floor and sat back down, playing with her teddy. Frowning at my stupid family I slammed the door after me and started walking down the street. I knew exactly where I was going and I didn't plan on stopping until I get there.
"Gone to far yea I'm gone again
It's gone on too long tell you how it ends
I'm sitting on the edge with my two best friends
Ones a bottle of pills and ones a bottle of gin."
I opened the door of the old factory and started climbing up the stairs swallowing down some more alcohol and added some pills to the mix. I worked my way up the stairs to the roof starting to feel dizzy. I looked at the sky and stumbled across the roof. Birds. I made my way to the edge and looked down at the abandoned ally.
"I'm twenty stories up, yeah up at the top
I've polished off this bottle now it's pushin' me off
