Notebook #12.

Dear Diary, Day 52: Markus left for work at 8:07, one minute later than yesterday. This time I hid in his neighbor lady's hydrangeas which (now that it's spring) are quite bushy and provide an excellent view of his front door and drive. I waited there after he drove off and my patience paid off! At 8:12, he circled back from the other direction, driving slowly and looking around. He even paused at the stop sign to look through his rear windshield at his house. Does he have problems with his neighbors? Have there been thefts in the area?

Evening, day 52: He might have seen me in the park, but only my back. I wonder what he thought of my backside??!!

Day 53: Markus must have left much earlier than usual. I hadn't seen him by 9:00, so I - I can't believe I did this!!! - walked right up to his front door and rang the bell. But only after I checked through the side window on his garage to see if his car was gone. I was standing on his porch! I had to hold myself still and not jump up and down or kiss his screen. One day, yes, one day he will open the door and see me. I'm so excited!!!!

Day 54: Work, work, work. I only got 67 pictures of Markus, mostly at his office. All he does is work. ☹

Day 55: Additional random facts (note to self, add these to personality profiling):His grandfather was a barber in Germany, his mom loves tulips, he mows on Saturdays (yum, yum) Likes Steak&Shake (cheeseburgers with extra cheese, fries, chocolate shake) Favorite Starbucks - tall café mocha with whipped cream, had a border collie named Chuck that died three years ago, went to grade school at Werner West, found a 3rd grade picture - so cute! I know his babies will be adorable!!! I want to have his babies, like yesterday!

Day 56: Finally! Markus finally selected my Avatar #23 on 'Hearts Go Together'. Is that a dumb name for a dating site? Anyway, this Avatar is Valerie, she's blond and likes to travel. So far, I've found out: He definitely prefers blondes (my chestnut locks will have to go, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make)He would rather stay in for a movie with someone special than go out drinking with the guys (I'm melting inside. I'm a puddle on the floor!) He wants to visit South America and Easter Island (note: to research S.U.S.A and this Easter place....sounds like where the Pope goes on vacation.....) His favorite book is Watership Down - is this a pirate story?

Day 57: Filled one wall with my Markus Collage. I'll have to move the bookshelf and the TV when I get more pictures/articles/memorabilia.

Day 58: Placed my Craig's List add for actress and put together my portable file, so I can carry Markus with me everywhere! So glad I had this idea.

Evening, day 58: Watched him cook lasagna tonight - he forgot to drop the blinds. He lit a candle with dinner and had a glass of red wine - squee!!!!

Day 59: He left for work at 8:03. I waited, but he did not circle back around to check on his house. By 8:45, I figured the coast was clear, so I climbed the oak to his upper level and onto the roof in the back. Just as I suspected, he leaves the bedroom window unlocked. **I can hardly put my feelings into words** I did all of the following, some several times and not necessarily in this order: Sprayed on his cologne - Ralph Lauren Polo Red - aaaahhhhhhhh, laid in his bed, cried over the pictures of him with his dog, sat on his sofa to test it for movie watching, saw he has a Marx Brother's collection (is this a communist thing? To research) Flipped through CD's and books (Watership Down is not about pirates. It is about bunny rabbits. Some of these bunny rabbits are...wait for it...clairvoyant killer bunny rabbits! Clairvoyant. Killer. Rabbits. So bizarre.)Took measurements and drew sketches of his living room, entryway and kitchen for redecorating, smelled his shirts, took a bath and used his shampoo, checked his medicine cabinet, it's almost empty and you know what that means...Healthy Baby Daddy! Hugged and kissed his pillow, had one hell of a day!
