The type of kid they were

Lawrence:
I imagine him to be sheltered but in the "social" way instead of the "no we are not going to tell you what a vagina is." Like he wouldn't be let out of the house unless if it was for school. I imagine his parents went all in on smarts rather than physical strength. Like maxing out your Element mastery but oh wait. I should've been working on attack this entire time. It probably bit him in the ass when he got older.

I think he was a very stressed out kid. I think germaphobe era. The "Do you know how dirty your hands are? There's millions of living organisms crawling on you right this very second." Soon he accepted that it's a fact of life to have bacteria going to third bass on your face. And there is NOTHING you can do about it.

Low key Autistic. He would be obsessed with litterateur and reading. He gives English teacher vibes.

Going into tweens (10-12) I think he'd be more of those quiet kids who sit alone in the corner of the class. They just quietly do their work while ignoring everyone. He probably felt awkward because he lacked the social skills and friendships he was witnessing.

When he got to highschool I think he'd make more of an effort to reach out and be friends with people. Especially teachers. I see him going through a Teachers Pet era. I think he'd make friends with the groups that were in high power. He was probably the popular nerdy guy who got there because he was dating one of the popular girls. But he gets along great with the popular guys.

Zion:

Oh boy. This boy has been left alone by his Dad cuz of his work and his Mom I'm guessing probably didn't spend a whole lot of time with him. It's never specified his relationships with his parents but I imagine he was taken care of by Nanny's who were only getting paid to hang out with him.

I could see him becoming aware of his power and influence at a young age and having a bratty attitude about it. I don't see him using this "power" to do anything like street smarts wise until he's much older. More like extra snacks and sodas. Which give him more kindergarteners to swoon.

In his tween years (10-12) I could imagine that he would get lonely. At that age most people don't really care about money just yet but they do care about your personality, how do you treat them? How do you make them feel? This is when Zion realizes that you have to dress for the job you want. Zion wants to have as many friends as possible so he buys them things, makes himself seem useful, not to mention he is physically fit and can play on a team.

In high school he becomes much more distant to his friends when he soon starts to realize that people only talk to him because of what he can do for them. He realizes that those are not real friendships. His Nanny's want his money, His friends want his money and he feels like he he can't go to anyone other than himself. He decides to join a gang and become a leader. "If you want this money you earn it." As well as the "Family mentality" that comes along with being in a gang. I don't he had any positive male roll models other than teachers so I think he looked up to his "brothers" and trusted them at least a little more than the average person.

Eugene:

He definitely watched power rangers and believed he could be what ever he wanted when he grew up. And the took that literally. And let's be real with a voice like his he could probably be an Idol.

In kindergarten I think he'd be a pretty nice kid. Always the Upbeat positive type. But when something went wrong he'd become a mess. I would think he'd be pretty attention seeking, like any attention is good attention. And he would get in trouble for it.

In tweens (10-12) he would be out of the attention seeking but more in the "good at everything" he would flaunt his achievements and ignore his faults or things he needed to work on. He probably gets bullied because of his height, as kids are really mean.
AN: Sorry for doing the tall GF and short Bf thing, I come from a long line of tall people and I live in corn country where most shorter people are children and old people. But I did google his height and He is 5,6 and I am 5,10. Sorry about that! I was just using my measurements. I will add an additional section in that chapter in the near future.

Eugene was a show choir kid in high school and is super hyped about it. He was always super into jazzy or upbeat songs and enjoyed the exercise. He would've been popular but the popular band geek that all the girls had a crush on at least for a few weeks. His humor was mostly sarcastic jokes like "No im not going to throw Bethany off the balcony. Calm down Mr Taylor." *insert eye roll here*

Harry:
In kindergarten I think he'd act kind of bad. I would assume his Dad left or at least didn't treat him or his mother nicely. And behavior is sometimes learned and I think he would be hitting or beating up fellow students. But the moment his mother found out he was punished swiftly. His mom didn't want him to become like his Dad and wanted to change for the better.

In (10-12) his parents separated his Dad probably stalked them or tried to talk to them to the point Harry had to go to witness protection. Overall Harry's behavior and overall self esteem was great, he was kind, thoughtful, almost motherly. He really liked this new change and was terrified he would become like his dad.

In high school I imagine he's the older brother type of guy to freshman he helps them get from class to class and sits with them at lunch, overall nice guy doesn't really have many hobbies other than getting good grades 👌😫. He would definitely be really helpful and passes his time helping people in study hall. His Dad would try to contact him when he would be much older. I feel like he would try to hear his dad out for a little but I don't think he'd be able to forgive him for what he put him and his mom through.

Ethan:
In pre K he would be a very independent child. I imagine him being able to do everything by himself and didn't have to communicate what he needed very often. Never asking for help but having other kids ask him for help was a usual for him. He would show rather than tell the other kids whatever they had a problem with. I imagine this earned him playmates. He was probably enrolled in speech therapy. He had no problem conveying what he needed it was just the emotional words he struggled with. He knew how to cry but I don't think he cried that often. He would be what adults call old souls.

In middle school he would definitely be one of the popular boys because he could play sports. That's all. He was just really good at sports and he managed to speak a lot more often but I would think he'd be more focused on his academics. "No I'm not going to the pool party on Saturday Rebecca I have practice." Sports were his life and life was his sports. I don't think he'd have many opinions on things at all. He just... floats around. One of the quiet kids per-say.

In high school he probably was still popular. I bet he had tons of admirers male and female. I think it's his physical build that made him attractive overall. But I do think he'd be in a relationship with one of the popular loud girls who doesn't let him get shit on. And you know she's probably a cheerleader, the if you can't dish it don't deal it type. He doesn't strike me as the type to break rules but you know he's broken a few on accident. His coaches and teachers love him because he listens to directions and doesn't talk back. (Something a few kids could learn these days 😩 like no Tyler Mrs Frizzle doesn't need you calling her a bitch she gets paid 2 sheckles an hour.)
Overall high school is a pleasant experience for him. You know he's gonna be on a college varsity team.
