Killua falls asleep that night feeling more scared than ever.

Killua wouldn't have cared about the pictures if Gon didn't act... scary.

Usually Gon would act so sweet and caring, but even then... his eyes.

You can just tell in his eyes that he's hiding something.

Once Killua fell asleep, it was one thing after another.

More scenarios of the person standing over the body, then chasing Killua.

More gruesome things he would walk in on and see.

But the one that hurt or scared him the most was the night he got emotional in his dream.

The night when he saw the dead persons face and he started crying.

It wasn't his dad... so who was it.

A sibling of his? A friend? A coworker? A cousin? Killua has no idea, but he's been replaying everything he's remembered or things that seemed important so far over and over again, just in case if it helped his memory remember something.

When Killua woke up, Gon was still asleep. Killua turned away from Gon and thought for as long as he could, on what he could do without getting caught.

He could search for things in their room while Gon cooks their meals, or search downstairs if Gon ever goes somewhere.

It would be too risky to search while Gon's asleep... he doesn't know if Gon's a light sleeper or not.

Killua needs to search for everything he can upstairs because who knows what Gon will make him do once he's healed.

Killua is assuming he won't even have time to search for anything once he is healed, since there is a possibility Gon could make him cook with Gon, which would make Killua's plan even more difficult to follow through with.

Once Gon is downstairs, I'll get the paper clips from my drawer and try and unlock Gon's drawer.

Killua doesn't want to get caught right away, so he won't be taking anything from the drawer if anything is there.

He just wants to know where everything is.

He wants to know what Gon's hiding.

Once Gon wakes up, Killua goes "limp" in a way and closes his eyes, pretending to sleep.

After a few minutes Gon's out the door and Killua crawling out of bed.

Killua forces himself not to grunt, since he's sore as hell from all the crawling and moving around yesterday.

But once Killua gets the paper clip, he's on Gon's side of the bed, trying to pick the lock.

With every minute that passes, more and more anxiety builds up inside of Killua. More thoughts of what Gon would do to him if he found him like this flood his thoughts.

After about 5 minutes he successfully picks the lock and quietly opens the drawer and sees a key.

The door downstairs... Killua thinks.

Killua sees some more things, like papers with Gon's name on it and Killua's hospital papers. Another thing that catches Killua's eye was a smaller piece of paper that had  a line of numbers on it.

Killua repeated the number in his head until he was familiar with it.

Killua put everything back exactly how he found it, but Killua didn't realize how long he's been searching until he heard Gon from downstairs.
