In honor of Killua's birthday, I'm making another story 🧍

Also the italicized sentences are thoughts from characters, for example: hello.

"Mr. Freecss?"

Gon looks up at the nurse that's been taking care of Killua, Gon hums, waiting for her to continue.

The nurse looks down at her clipboard, then looks up at Gon with a small smile, "He's awake." The nurse says calmly.

Gon's eyebrows raise up, mouth opening. Gon immediately gets up from the chair and runs to his lovers room, smile evident on his face.

Gon bursts through Killua's door, staring at Killua and seeing those beautiful blue eyes open, but confused...

Gon runs over to his lover and gently holds his hand, "H-hey! You're awake... I missed you..." Gon whispers.

But to Gon's surprise, Killua retreats his hand from Gon's and gives him a confused look.

Gon sighed, worried if he'd hurt Killua, "Killua...? What's wrong?" Gon asks desperately.

Killua looks Gon up in down in a scared manner, "W-who are you? Where a-am I?"

Gon sits back with wide eyes and looks at the door, hearing the nurse come in, "Killua has been diagnosed with amnesia. He doesn't remember anything or anyone... not even himself." The nurse says, whiling clutching her clipboard.

Gon's head falls into his hands for a few seconds, processing what he just heard. Gon looks up at Killua and smiles, "K-Killua... I'm Gon, your husband." Gon says lovingly.

Killua's eyes widen a little, but he nods, "Killua... your name is Killua Freecss. We've been married for 3 years now." Gon says softly, while gently holding Killua's hand. Killua nods again, but sinks down into the hospital blanket.

The nurse walks over and hands Gon some paperwork, "We are able to discharge him tomorrow. He will have trouble walking and holding things over 5 pounds, since he's been in a coma for a few months." The nurse explains. Gon nods and begins to fill out the paper work.

Killua looks up at Gon, "G-gon?" Gon looks at Killua, ushering him to continue, "W-were we happy? Together I mean..." Killua asks quickly.

Gon smiles and cups Killua's face, "The happiest, Killua." Gon whispers.

Gon told Killua about all of the adventures that they've been on together and plans they have for the future. Then, Gon began to fill out the paperwork when Killua started to get tired.

By the time Gon is done filling out the paper work, Killua is fast asleep.

Gon scoots closer to Killua and kissed his forehead, then lays his head down on the bed and tries to fall asleep.

Gon didn't sleep much that night, for various reasons. He kept on walking around and thinking about Killua's and his situation and what he could do about it. More specifically, what he can do to help Killua remember or fall in love with him again.

Gon ended up finalizing with just acting like himself. That's how Killua fell in love with him in the first place, right? So might as well do that and hope that's enough...

Gon can't wait to bring Killua back home.

Gon is a nature guy, he loves hiking, fishing and pretty much everything nature related. Which, is why Gon bought a house in the mountains for him and Killua. The service isn't the best, but who needs it when your with the love of your life at all times!

Gon and Killua's room is on the second floor, which means Killua can't get up there by himself, but that's fine with Gon, gives him an excuse to carry Killua around.

For the rest of the night, Gon continued to think about all the possibilities that could happen when Killua comes home, or all the opportunities he could have to baby Killua and do things with him again!

Gon can't wait for Killua to come home...

It's not a lot for the first chapter, but I plan on writing more than this for future chapters!
