A girl about the age of 10 ran to the destroyed house. Barreling into Kiara in a hug she ranted frantically. "Woah woah. Calm down Valentina. Breathe. Slow down and repeat what you said." Kiara said. Valentina calmed down before repeating her rant much slower than before. "There are people after Uncle Killua, you and papá." the child said.

Mirabel pov

After hearing that I transformed back not caring about the consequences that would follow 2 weeks later and it seemed like Kill had the same idea. "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN?!" Kill shouted. "Oi Kill don't shout at my daughter." I said a threatening aura radiating around me. Feeling a small body on my leg I looked down and picked up my child. "I'm sorry Val. But it's ok. Your parents and I have faced a lot things that wanted to kill or harm us. We'll be fine." Killua said apologizing.

"Mirabel what the hell is going on?" Dolores asked. "Yeah how'd you turn back it's only been 5 minutes." Camilo said. "We don't turn back when we transform after sneezing until 30 minutes are up because there are consequences that happen 2 weeks after." I said. "Valentina is our adopted daughter. We found her on the streets during one of our missions. She has powers like us that she's learning to control. Her parents didn't want her so when we were about to leave after completing the mission..." Kiara said trailing off.

"It started raining and I saw her in a box with many holes in it getting drenched. I hate seeing kids having pasts similar to mine so I took off my jacket, put it on her, picked her up and put her on my motorcycle, took her to the adoption center where me and Kiara adopted her and then went home." I continued. "They arrived home with a child Mirabel saying they adopted her. Using some of the money we earned from the missions we do they paid for her to get treated at the hospital and set up doctors appointments. Now they have a baby." Killua finished. "Also we have enemies because we kill their loved ones and they want revenge." I added.

"Family business. Hey you think if we tell them our last names they'll fuck off?" Kiara asked. "Maybe. Also they're coming here fast." I said. "Val you see the woman in the blue?" Kiara asked getting a nod from our daughter. "That's my adopted mom. She's very nice and will take care of you while we handle this ok." I said putting her down. "Ok." Val said and ran to Julieta.

6 men came. Weapons at the ready. Not that it'll do much with us. "Mom, dad, bros you need to stay and protect them we'll deal with these bitches." I said. "On it." Illumi said and they stood in front of the Madrigals. "So who do you work for?" Kill asked. "We work for Brian Jacobs." one of the men said. "Ah yeah we killed his brother and sister." Kiara said. "Yes he brings money as thanks for killing his brother he hated him but he sent us to kill you for revenge for killing his sister." another man said.

"Well if one of you survive tell him thanks for the money and he'll be next soon." I said with a smirk. "We'll each take two." Kill said before we split. I shot one of the men I was taking on before freezing the other man and breaking him. After Kill killed both of his men and Kiara finished hers but left one alive who ran back to his boss pissing his pants as we took the money. "Hey Kill remember our first mission together?" I asked.

Killua chuckled. "How could I not you scared the shit out of me." "But it was funny when we discovered my power." I said laughing. "Mirabel first of all did you just kill two people and freeze one of them? Second of all what the fuck?" Luisa asked. "Yes like I said family business. What the fuck what?" I said. "How did you scare the shit out of Killua?" Luisa asked.

"So it was our first mission together and as we were killing our targets lightning struck and I was the unlucky person to get struck. Scared the shit out of Kill when I got struck and collapsed. But I got up with lightning sparks bouncing off my body and white eyes. Next thing I know I'm moving super fast and electrocuting everyone. That's how we found out about my lightning manipulation power." I said.

"Wait that's how you got that power?!" Isa asked shocked. "Yep." "You knew about that Isa?" Dolores asked. "Yeah I knew I found out today." Isa said. "Wait. We've been talking about other things regarding Mirabel but not where she was for the dinner." Camilo said. 'Fuck you Camilo!' I thought. "Now that you mention it where were you Mira?" Luisa asked.

"I was on a mission that took all day which meant I was missing the dinner. Even if I didn't have a mission I would've skipped it anyway." I said. "Why would you skip an important family dinner mission or not?" Abuela asked. "I'm an introvert in an extrovert family 1. 2 why the fuck would I join the dinner when I was already considered as 'not part of the family.'" I said.

Mom, dad, Illumi and Milluki came next to us. "Hey wait you said you found out about that power when you shocked yourself and saw a spark of electricity." dad said. "Uhhh." I said. "You mean to tell me you lied about how you got that power." mom said. "Ummmm." I said. "I should slap you so hard right now." Illumi said.

I sighed. "Yeah ok I lied about how I got my lightning manipulation power. But I'm my defense I was still getting used to having powers and a family who actually cares...I didn't know how you would react to that news. I'm sorry." I said looking down only to be engulfed in a hug.

"Oh Mira no matter what happens we'll always love you and shower you with affection whether you like it or not. Your our family, our baby sis and we'll always protect you. No matter what." Illumi said as the rest of the family nodded. "Thanks guys." I said. "Yeah no problem now let's go home." Killua said. "Right. Isa you better bring your ass or your getting left." I said. Isa didn't hesitate to pick up her niece and walk to us as the others started to follow.

"Yeah no bye fuckers." I said and flipped them off as I teleported everyone back to the base with the bags of money.
