In front of the mirror hanged on the shabby walls of his bathroom, the boy stood there looking at his own reflection. Fair skin, pink lips, his brown locks hanging on his forehead just above his doe eyes. Probably he was beautiful, but all his beauty and innocence was not really admired by the society.

A sudden bang on the door made him more awake than the cold water he had just splashed on his face.

"Jungkook, Jungkook! Come downstairs!" The coarse voice commanded.

It has been 3 months since he had graduated from the high school. By now, with his A+ marksheet, he should've been enrolled for a collage. He wished to wake up and get ready for the college.

He left a heavy sigh "Another day!" He whispered walking out from the bathroom. All he had to do was to go to kitchen and make food for his uncle and aunt. Or as Jungkook preferred calling them in his thoughts - masters!
Since the day they bought him to the house they have been treating him like a servant, except for the fact that they sent him to school.

At first he thought it was because they were not ready to accept a second child. He tried to understand that they behaved like because Jungkook was a burden on them after his parents death. But it could have resulted as a pity for a 9 year old child, care and affection for an orphan.

As he stepped down the wooden stairs, he could hear his aunt shouting for her green tea. He entered the kitchen, he had just started putting the ingredients in the boiling water when heard his uncle shouting.

"Jungkook.. Where is my Ramyeon and soju?" His voice clearly indicated that he was not sober from his last night's party or overtimes as he mentioned them.

"Coming!"

He poured the cup of tea for his aunt as she came in the kitchen. She took a sip and then banged the cup of the counter. The sprinkles of the hot liquid came in contact with the boys hand, he hissed as he felt the heat burning his sensitive skin.

"Why does it has to be this hot?" His aunt said taking a water bottle and carried the cup along with her. He kept silent because he didn't want her to be more pissed and get himself beaten. Sometimes he wished he could give her a hemlock tea instead to help her relax for forever. But could he really do this?

Of course not, don't think wrong about him dude!

He took the toothpaste from the drawer, washed his hand and applied it on his burn. Because he was not daring enough to ask for a cream. They made him do all the housework not letting him go out, so the question of part-time job was buried already. And about his pocket money, he didn't actually get that.

He teared the packet of Ramyeon putting the spice and left it to be cooked. He could hear the door open with the clash on the wall. Some footsteps could be heard.

"Where is that son of Jeon??" A voice demanded. If it was a little polite Jungkook would have said "here" waving his hand. But he knew they were looking for his uncle. Yeah, he should've borrowed some money from them and lost in his gambling again.

"A-ah Ajusshi... Come let's have a drink!" His uncle suggested.
"Jungkook bring in some soju." He shouted.

"We are not here to drink, give us back our money, we've had enough." The man said.

Jungkook knew it was better for him to give them soju than to think about the Ramyeon. He switched the stove to the lowest flames and made his way towards the living room with bottle and glasses.

"I don't have any money right now." He heard his uncle say.

"Then you are no use to us." The man said.
