Chapter Nine: Unexpected Visitor

Bella's POV

I kept my eyes peeled on everything around me, with my new vision I can see every detail in one single cell. Everything seems so new to me, my new life I'm leading is so strange to me. Edward still watches my every move, even though I have become a vampire. I've tested my speed as a vampire, I'm still faster than Edward. I still posess all of my powers I had when I was a vampire slayer. I have no lust for human blood, I never know when I am thirsty until I go on a hunt.

My visions come at the same time as Alice's, the meanings of the visions are so clear to me. I can feel something is going to happen soon, but I don't know what it is. I can't make the visions come to me, they will come when they may.

Charlie's POV

It has been two weeks since, I saw my daughter Bella. I don't know if anything bad has happen to her, I miss her so much. I think I will visit the Cullen's place to see if Bella will be there. There are four hours left of my shift.

Edward's POV

Bella has been acting strange today and I don't know the reason. I have been watching her all day, her every move. Her eyes flicker once in a while, she must be thinking hard of something. Alice's mind has been clear for a change, just resting in Jasper's arms. Esme's cleaning the house at human speed.

Is there trouble brewing up in that pretty little head of hers? Her eyes never seemed to change colors which seems weird to me. I will just ask her, "Bella is something wrong, you are acting quite unusual?" Bella replied, "I'm fine Edward, I was just thinking." Then I asked her, "What are you thinking about my darling?" She shook her head, I knew she didn't want to tell me. She never did like to share her feeling. A few seconds later she told me, "I have a feeling that something is going to happen soon. 

FOUR HOURS LATER

Bella's POV

I could hear a car driving down the path to the house, all of the Cullen's were home. The feeling I had earlier was correct, the feeling I had was someone was going to visit. After a few minutes I heard the car pull to a stop. I could hear a heart beating, I get the urge to run towards it. Within seconds I'm out the door racing towards the human with the beating heart.

When Charlie said my name, I stopped dead in my tracks. I asked him, "Why did you come here? It's not safe for you, I could of killed you. Your blood is too potent for me to be around." He replied, "I was worried sick about you Bella, I didn't know what had happened to you Bella." I told him, "The vampires that were after me, turned me into a vampire and was taken to Italy. I left a note for Edward to tell him what had happened because their minds were erased. I am fine."

Carlisle said to Charlie, "Please, come in side Charlie. You should relax after a hard day at work." Charlie heads towards the house, I slowly tread behind him. Edward takes hold of my hand as we head back inside the house.

I sit on Edwards lap on the couch in the living room. Charlie sits in a chair that is only thirty feet from me. I watch Charlie as he pulls a letter out of his pocket and starts to pull a piece of paper out of it, he cuts his finger and blood starts to come out. I no longer have the feeling of blood lust for Charlie, Jasper is charging right at him. "No", I yelled. I quickly jump in front of Charlie and envelope us in a blue bubble. I said to Charlie, "This not a place to get a cut on your finger." "Edward and Emmet, please take Jasper outside to cool off." Edward and Emmet drag Jasper outside, he still can't control his lust for blood.

A few minutes later I let the bubble disappear and it does. Carlisle clapped his hands and said, "Bella you are truly gifted with many gifts. " Charlie got up and said, "I am going to leave this letter for you to read Bella." I follow Charlie out to his car to make sure he is safe. Charlie quickly gets into his patrol car and takes off. Jasper must have scared him half to death.
