A jet grey tom made his way towards the Dawnclan camp entrance, A small kit tumbling behind him. "Daddy! Where are you going?". The kit wailed. The tom snapped and spun around. "Getting away from you. You're a worthless kit! You're an evil version of your mother! You are a disgrace to me, Silentkit. I will become rogue and I never want to see you again!". He snarled. A she cat padded up to the tom, and hissed. "Go! Leave Silentkit alone, Skyfeather. She's just a kit! You can't be mad at her because she didn't save Moonshade! She's a kit, You can't expect her to fight!". The she cat snarled harshly, pushing Silentkit softly behind her. "She should have never, ever been born". Skyfeather hissed. Silentkit stumbled towards her father, a rose in her jaws. She dropped it at her father's paws, a sad look on her face. "You gave this to me, When I was a moon old. I kept it. You promised you would keep me safe! You told me it will be okay, Well it's no okay! Mum is gone!". She yowled. Skyfeather tossed her into a tree, and snarled. He vanished out of camp, And disappeared into the shadows. "Silentkit, Darling! Are you alright?". Rosepetal asked, padding to the kits side. "Rosepetal. What have I done to deserve this?". Silentkit sighed. "Nothing little one. I promise you, You will be a strong warrior when you get older. You will rise above your enemies, And prove to your father you are not worthless". Rosepetal purred, Taking Silentkit by the scruff, and carrying her to the nursery. "You're such a great deputy, Rosepetal. You're like a mum to me". Silentkit purred, before curling up in her nest. It still scented like her mum, And she wanted to keep it that way, Forever.
