Mark x Ruby stuff (On Command Au)

Story 1 pt. 2: A gift more precious than a gem.

After a good hearty dinner at a restaurant, Mark then took Ruby to another place. He takes her to the park, the same park where CJ and Ruby performed last time. They sat underneath a tree as a fresh breeze winded. Mark told Ruby to wait at a specific time and look at the night sky. After a good 10 minutes, a meteor shower started. Ruby was delighted as her hair tip wiggled. Mark teasingly played with her hair tip, making Ruby flustered and elbow him. Mark insisted Ruby to make a wish before it ends. Ruby nodded and closed her eyes, making a wish. Mark did the same as he secretly pulled out his gift. As Ruby opened her eyes, Mark showed her a small present and a letter. The smell was very nice. It smells like lavender. Ruby started the letter. It was actually a poem that reads:

"A ruby, a red sparkly and dazzling gem that shines within the night sky representing its beauty. But even its beauty didn't come close to a person more beautiful than even a precious gem. That's you. Your eyes are as shiny and dazzling as the gem. Maybe pink, but colors don't matter. You look beautiful whenever you stand directly at the moon. Despite the scratches and cuts, it doesn't change your beauty. In fact, you are more than a gem. You ARE my gem. A precious gem of my life that shines in my dark moments. This gift in this present presents it all. I love you, Ruby. You'll always be the precious gem of my heart."

Ruby opened the present to reveal earrings with beautiful rubies in them. She was so surprised and cries happily, tears of happiness falling from her face. Mark offered Ruby to put on her earrings for her. Ruby happily nodded and Mark starts to put each of them on her ears. Mark pulls out a mirror and shows Ruby how it looks. The other one doesn't show because of her hair that's blocking her right missing eye. Even so, Mark moved her hair, revealing an eye patch and a scar on her right eye. Ruby was uncomfortable at first, considering she doesn't go out with her scars exposed.

Ruby: Mark, I... (Tries to put her hair back on her "removed eye")

Mark: (Holds her hand) Like I said, it doesn't change your beauty. You don't have to hide much from me. I understand. Like CJ said, "We all had our sh*tty moments, but as long as we're together as a family, nothing can break us apart. Not even the end of the world.".

Ruby: M-Mark... (Ruby cries and smiles softly) You know, you're the best gift I had ever since I ran away from them. If it weren't for you, I don't know if I would be alive or if you'll ever be happy without me. Thank you so much...! (Rushes and hugs Mark)

Mark: (Hugs her back) You're very welcome. 

As Ruby washed her tears out and pulled herself away from the hug, she put both her hands between Mark's cheeks. Mark wrapped his arms around Ruby. Both want to do this at the same time. They both closed their eyes as their heads drew closer to each other. Closer and closer until their lips meet. But this kiss seems different from yesterday. Ruby starts to deepen the kiss a bit. Mark opened his eyes to look at Ruby. Her face was a tad bit red and small sweat formed. Mark noticed something moving in his mouth, touching his tongue. It felt wet like his, realizing it was Ruby. Mark, realizing it, got flustered as he blush more. Ruby hasn't been into this like that, but Mark thinks it was a good time to have some fun but has to take it slowly. He slowly moved his tongue to play with Ruby's tongue. Once they broke out from the kiss, because their tongues were together, their salivas were connected. Ruby and Mark breathe lightly as they look at each other. Finally, the salivas were separated. Ruby still breathes lightly as Mark wiped off the saliva from her lips.

Mark: Heh, you don't seem afraid to do it. That kiss was actually better than yesterday.

Ruby: S-Sorry about that. My s-senses kinda lost o-on me... (Lays on Mark) I'm... tired... Can we go home...?

Mark: (Chuckles) Alright. Just teleport us there.

With the remaining energy Ruby had, she teleported herself and Mark back home, on top of their bedroom bed. Ruby immediately lay down on the bed. Mark removed his suit and changed into his red shirt and some night pants. Ruby, using her telekinesis since she was sleepy, grabbed her white shirt and shorts. Mark lay down with Ruby, feeling exhausted. Mark chuckles happily as he spoke.

Mark: Man, this was amazing for our first date, eh, Ruby?

Ruby: Y-Yeah... (Yawns and drags Mark closer to her) Thanks, Mark. This might be the best anniversary we ever celebrated. Love you~

Mark: I love you, too, my little Ruby... (Hugs her and gives her a goodnight kiss)

They both fell asleep. What an amazing day between the two lovebirds.
