Inside the warehouse, where Briant and Shine made their secret base out of it, they're creating new robots that they decide to alter and enhance. Briant looks at his creation with pride, but there's one thing missing. They're ready, but they need something very powerful to energize their attacks. They knew that just their own Electric powers is not enough for them to energize their attacks. This is gonna be tricky to get. They're about to plan out about where they should get enormous energy from when they hear knocking on the warehouse door. Briant sends out 2 weak robots to the door to check, but as the robots are about to open fire to attack whoever is outside the door, a powerful punch flew the door all across the room and almost crushing Briant and Shine if it weren't for Briant stopping it just in time with his powers. 2 masked-cloaked people enter inside. Shine is about to send out more robots, but the lady in a white mask and a white robe uses her own magic, creating a hand and grabbed her. Briant steps forward with caution as the two strange figures stop on their tracks. Briant then speaks in a serious tone.
Briant: What the hell are you two doing here? And how did you find this place?
One of the masked figures speak with an auto tune to hide their true voice.
Masked man: So you're that "Briant" we've heard about. Nemesis of On Command, am I right?
Briant looked at Shine who is still struggling to get out, then back to them.
Briant: Hmph, you are correct. I'll give you that. Who are you two?
They both remove their masks and their hood hiding their faces and introduce themselves and speak out their villain names.
Masked Lady: You can call me... The White Spirit. The man behind me is Pandemonium... We're also here to get rid of On Command. If you can help us, that is.
Briant and Shine looked at each other with confusion.
Shine: You want the annoying twerps because...?
The White Spirit uses her magic to create an image of Ruby. Briant recognizes her face well.
The White Spirit: This lady is who we want to get. We have some unfinished business with her. She's being a little rat with those you twerps...
Briant looks at the image of Ruby with surprise as they look alike.
Briant: Ruby? Wait... You look just like her... Are you by any chance... A mother of Ruby or something?
The White Spirit smiles.
The White Spirit: You assume correctly, Briant.
Briant: And that guy... Is he your husband? Ruby's father?
Pandemonium: Hmph, you got it correct...
Briant: Well, to explain, she's On Command's second leader behind Ink Punisher, codename: Wolf. Her powers... They look just like yours when it comes to creating anything with their magic alone. I can see where her magic was originated.
The White Spirit and Pandemonium was surprised to hear what Briant said about Ruby.
The White Spirit: She has what?
Briant: She has your powers...
Briant decided to change the subject on something else.
Briant: Speaking of which... I've heard rumors from the people in this city. They say that... You abused her when she's a kid... Right...?
Shine recognizes what Briant is talking about.
Shine: Huh? You mean... They're the one's responsible for removing her eye?
The White Spirit looks at Briant and Shine with a serious face, asking him if there's something wrong with that. He answers that nothing is wrong and it's more important to him to get rid of CJ. With that, he decides to propose an offer.
Briant: I accept to capture your "daughter", but I also need you to help us power up the robots I just created, altered and stronger. They just need enormous energy to energize their attacks. If you help us getting rid of CJ, or the Ink Punisher simply, we'll help you capture Ruby.
The two parents looked at each other and back to Briant and Shine. The White Spirit put Shine down for this agreement.
Pandemonium: Fine. Just make sure this effort didn't go to waste...
Briant: That's good.
They settle the agreement and The White Spirit gave the new robots her magic, powering them up and energize all the attacks they have. Briant can see the potential of their victory. His smile widens from the robots, his ego grows, his plan is now in motion.
Briant: Yes...! My plans are almost there! All we just need to do is execute it tomorrow night, once everything goes quiet.
The White Spirit: Hmm. Alright. We'll return tomorrow for your plans. Make sure you execute everything perfectly with your robots.
They both left the area, leaving Briant and Shine by themselves. Briant tells Shine to settle the plan for the next night. This will be an interesting game... Briant let's out an evil laugh.
Briant: CJ, I hope you can see your defeat! You don't have a chance against me now! You have until tomorrow, 'cause your friends... your popularity... your life... I WILL HAVE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE!!!
His laugh echoes through the warehouse. The game is set. This is gonna be a good turn of events...
