Archangelica De Cosmo Astrono Le Belle R. Albright the 14th is from an alternate universe where the Power Crystals fused together to create her, an omnipotent goddess. However after Scott Lang got stuck in the Quantum Realm she got transported into a different universe that held Starland, still having her powers but the power crystals were gone. Lady Stella adopted her and she became the Assistant Headmistress of Starling Academy despite taking the form of a teenager. 

Everytime the Star Darlings failed at a wish mission she was sent on one as well and got so much positive wish energy the amount combined outshined all the stars in the universe. 

In the Power of Twelve, after the Star Darlings failed to stop Rancora they used the Power Crystals to restore her to her true form- Archangelica De Cosmo Astrono Le Belle Adam-Eve Cinderellos Zeus De Apollina Heralda Rheaina Kronoia Marybeth Victorious- where she absorbed all the crystals into her body including her own Marisuthyst and bursted so much positive wish energy she blinded every living thing in the universe for minutes. Then she wiped away negative energy from existence with her godly power. She finally unleashed a blast so heavenly and beautiful it obliterated Rancora. 

The SDs, Lady Stella, and the entirety of the Starland population worshiped her and the position of President was abolished in favor of an absolute monarchy. However, there was trouble in the universe she used to go in, so she returned there to instantly kill Thanos, thereby preventing 50% of all life from being killed and all of Endgame from happening. She also killed the for all-purposes god Dormammu in the Dark Dimension, took Scarlet Witch's powers, stopped the Emergence from happening without needing help from the Eternals, killed Hela and saved Asgard without needing to cause Ragnarok, among various other feats impossible for mortals to do in only a few seconds.
