SAM dude you are so in love with remington it's crazy

SAM every time we're with her, you kind of just admire her and you look at her like she is everything SAM it's not a bad thing
COLBY i don't like remi like that, she's my best friend
SAM i'm just saying, kat's seen it too
COLBY it's really nothing but okay
REMINGTON'S PHONE rang as she sat on her bed, watching a YouTuber she liked on her computer. Seeing the contact name, "kim reed <3", she knew she couldn't let it ring out, it was Kim and she never FaceTimed often.
She picked up her phone, holding it so the woman could see her face, "Hi, Kim." Remi greeted with a soft smile.
"Hi, Lovely!" Kim exclaimed, "How are you?"
"I'm good," she said genuinely, "How about you?"
"Good, good. I watched your new video earlier." She said.
Remington found herself grinning, "Really? What'd you think of it?" She questioned. She was hoping Kim liked it, even though the woman had said many times how she loved every video Remington uploaded.
"I loved it, obviously! That one boy, Colby? He kept staring at you throughout the whole thing." She pointed out, making Remington chuckle.
"He's one of my best friends, so," The girl said.
Kim nodded, "He loves you. You can tell." Remington furrowed her brows, "He looks at you like you're the only girl in the world, Rems."
"We don't like each other like that, Kim. We're friends," Remington said, though, she felt her cheeks heating up slightly.
Kim smiled, "Whatever you say, Hon."
They continued to talk for a bit, setting up a time when Remi and Paisley could come visit the kids. Kim also asked if she was going on anymore investigations anytime soon, but Remington didn't quite have an answer for that one. After a bit, Kim said she was going to lay down for a bit, so, they said their goodbyes.
AUTHOR SPEAKS ! these were supposed to be parallel to each other, like someone they loved pointing out how colby looks at remi idk i thought it was cute
