Football Player Bakugou x Cheerleader Marinette

Chapter 6

A few days pass by. I got better at cheering. Bakugou still tries hooking up with me. Derek and I still go to the singing club. And the boys have a game in a day.

Today I wore a black hoodie with a grey skirt and I tied my hair in a high pony.
I sighed and got to school.
"Baby Blue~"
"UGH!" I groaned while walking toward my locker.
"What's the wrong Blueberry?"
"Leave me alone," I muttered while walking faster towards my locker.
"You're looking cute today! Hey! Look we're matching!" I look at him. He's wearing a black shirt with grey shorts.
"Whatever." I opened my locker and took out my books for my first few classes.
"Anyways~ Ready for the game tomorrow?"
"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" I raised an eyebrow. 
"Of fucking course I'm ready! I'm just making sure you won't get nervous and fall off the damn tower." He teased with a smirk. 
I made a weird face at him and walked away.
"Hey, Marinette!"
"Derek. Hey."
"We have club during lunch alright. The teacher informed us earlier but you weren't here."
"Alright."
"But we have football practice and cheer practice at lunch," Bakugou said standing close to me. I moved a few feet away from him but he threw his arm over my shoulders and pulled me closer. 
"Yea....we're going to have to miss it. But don't worry! We'll be there for the after-school one!"
The bell rang so I excused myself.
"I'll walk with ya. We both have the same homeroom anyways."
I sighed while Bakugou walked next to me.

After classes were over it was finally lunch time.
I quickly ate my lunch in the hallway and quickly used the bathroom and drank some water.
I started walking towards the club room when I bumped into someone.
"Hey! What the fuck is your problem!?" I looked up to see a tall boy with brown hair and brown eyes. He had a mean glare on his face.
"Uhh I-I'm so sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going...."
"That's right you fucking idiot!" He grabbed the front of my hoodie and pulled me closer.
"Hey! Let me go!"
"Oi! Back the fuck off Aiden." I looked to the side to see Derek.
"Derek."
"Aden."
They stared at each other for a while then he threw me down onto the floor.
"Ow~" I whined. 
"Watch your girl, Carter!" Aiden said shouting Derek's last name with disgust. 
"Are you ok?"
"Yea....what does he mean by your girl?"
"He just thinks that you're my girl 'cuz I don't usually look out for girls." He shrugged.
"Alright. Let's get going to the club."
I sighed and we both walked towards the club room.
"Hello everyone! I have an announcement.....we will be having a singing competition in a month. You could do solos or duets."
Everyone cheered and asked questions.
After the club, I went to my next class.

After classes were done for the day, I was going to the locker room to change.
"Hey, Marinette!"
"Oh...hey..."
"I'm from the singing club."
"Oh cool! What's up?"
"I was wondering if we could do a duet? You have like an awesome voice."
"Uhh sorry. I'm gonna do solo."
"Oh...ok." I waved and walked away. 
That was the third person who asked me today. I sighed and entered the locker room. 
"Hey, Marinette!"
"Hey girls." I smiled and quickly changed. 

After changing, we all walked outside to the field to see the boys doing intense training. 
We all sat down on the bleachers and talked while the boys finished up.
"Fuck you, Derek!"
"C'mon man! It was a mistake!" We saw Bakugou taking off his helmet and walking toward the bleachers.
"No! We have a fucking game tomorrow! Your mistake can't happen!"
"Listen. I'm sorry." Derek tried touching Bakugou's shoulder but Bakugou pushed him away making Derek fall.
Everyone gasped and stood up. The boys and Mr. Aizawa went to Bakugou to make sure he doesn't do anything.
I ran towards Derek and sat next to him on the floor.
"Are you alright?"
"Yea..." He was staring at Bakugou.
Bakugou was panting and shaking.
He started walking towards us.
"I swear! If you mess up tomorrow I will kill you!" He seethed.
"Enough Bakugou!" I yelled. 
Everyone stared at me and Bakugou stared at me with this look.
"......"
"....."
"I'm going to take a shower." He said then walked away. 
We were all staring at his back.
"Here. Let me help you." I helped him stand up and he went with the boys.
"Bakugou's just stressed right now."

A little while later, we realized Bakugou never came back.
"I'll go check on him." I sighed and walked toward the boy's locker room.
"Bakugou?" I called out.
He wasn't here.
I saw the shower door open and saw Bakugou coming out with a ginger-haired girl.
"Oh my god." I groaned.
"What do you want?"
"We were wondering where you were."
"sigh See ya, Ginger." He nodded at the girl and she left.
"I needed to let out some steam." He said while going to his locker.
"I could see that and I didn't need to know that." I shivered.
"Just get back outside."
I sighed and went back outside.

A little while later the boy's training was over and we finished the girl's training also. Now it was clean-up time. 
"Mari!"
"Kiri." I nodded.
"You wanna do a TikTok with us?"
"Sure." I shrugged and followed them to an empty area.

(1:28 - Sero and denki at the back. And Marinette and Kiri at the front. Pretend Marinette is in the red tank top.)

After making TikTok and cleaning up, everyone started going home. 

I was leaving the school when I saw Bakugou leaning against a wall. 
I walked up to him.
Once he saw me coming he smirked my way.
"Hey Blueberry~ Need me for something?" He smirked.
"sigh Bakugou. Please don't stress. You guys will do great tomorrow."
Then I walked away. 
"See ya Blueberry!" He shouted out loud making people look at us weirdly.
I turned around and glared at him making him laugh.
I sighed and walked home.
Once I got home, I took a shower, ate dinner, did homework and got ready for bed.
"Tomorrow. I'm ready."
