Winter's POV

"What's with the long face Win?" Giselle asked but I just ignored her, I am not in the mood to have a chitchat with someone right now.

"No, you shouldn't be calling her Win with that face." Ningning said.

"Huh? What do you mean?" The Japanese sounds so confused.

"Call her Lose because she's sad, call her Win when she's happy!" Giselle choked on her own food while me, I just rolled my eyes, geez they're so annoying.

"You still got the time to tell your dad joke huh, Winter looks so sad right now! We need to cheer her up!" Giselle said, I stood up and glared at the both of them.

"Thanks guys, I really appreciate it but I just need some peace of mind. A simple silence would do." I said and was about to walk away but they blocked my way.

"Winter, just tell us what happened?" Giselle said in a concern way but I just gave her a small smile and shook my head.

"It's nothing, I swear." I lied. They both glared at me and pushed me back to the sofa.

"Your swollen eyes never lied. Unnie, you know you can tell everything to us, what happened?" I just looked down, I really couldn't tell them because it hurts, it broke me.

"Lemme guess bro, this has something to do with Karina, right? You guys fought again.." Giselle said. I sighed, I guess I should tell them so that they would stop pestering me.

"It's over." I said in a cracked voice which had shocked them so much. I tried to refrain myself from crying but these clouds were heavy as fuck, I couldn't hold it back, it's so heavy.

"What do you mean!?" Ningning said in disbelief but I just stayed silent for a moment, I miss her already, I miss my Jiminie, my baby.. but I have to do this, it's for the best. I'd rather hurt myself than to lose her forever.

"We broke up yesterday.. I broke up with her.." I said while wiping my tears. Ningning jumped at me and started shaking my shoulders with her eyes widened, surprised I guess.

"What did Yiren told you!? Did she threatened Karina unnie?" I shook my head.

"No, she gave us a warning.." I said and their expressions told me that they're so confused.

"What!?" Giselle exclaimed, geez, this girl's really got a loud mouth eh.

"Karina's father will kill us if he found out about us.." I blurted out and they both gasped. My tears started to form on the corner of my eyes again.

"But how did he suspected you guys? I mean, he's not with you guys!"

"He hired someone Gi, to investigate us. I just hope that his spy didn't find anything about us.. or else, we'll be in trouble." I really hope she's safe right now, it's been a day since we've talked to each other, I really miss her but I wouldn't change my decision.
