𝙰𝚗 𝙰𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚕 𝙸𝚗 𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗 (𝙰 𝚛𝚎𝚠𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚎)

"𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚜"

Todays the day. Graduation Day. All the parents were sat on the back. Which included Jay's dad. He was able to catch a flight for a week. Which made Jay so happy.

Jay was sat on the right side in the 4th row sat next to the aisle. And on the other side of that isle is Celine. It was quite cold since the event was settled outdoors.

Beside Jay was Jared and beside Celine was Juliane. The program started and, Jay could not deny. He wasn't listening to the speech of the speaker. He felt in awe as he was just watching how Celine just sat there with the sun shinning on her. And how she was not giving a care in the world about it.

Jay lost track of time and realized it when Celine stood up, (for her name was called).

Celine got up on stage. Got the paper and shook the hands of her professors. She took a glance on Jay's row and he shot up and thumbs up, which made her chuckle.

Then the list goes on...

"Jay Dawson." His name was called. He stood up and walked up the stage. Just as they practiced. Although he sort of hesitated to shake the hand of his least favorite professors. He didn't want to start anything so he had no choice.

He got down the stage and back to his seat and just waited for the program to end.

Time has passed, and all the students have been called.

"Now, may I call a fellow student for their speech."

It caught everyone's attention to see Juliane Whitlock stand up and walk to the front.

"Today, I, Juliane Shen. Is happy to announce that we have graduated. It is the most awaited day of our whole education since the young ages." She starts. The crowds cheers in agreement. Once it settled down she continued.

"I'm sure you all have heard of me at least once. To that, I'm quite honored. But enough talk about me. Today we are now known as former-students. I'm sure you wont miss going through the halls and classrooms of this school. But, I know you'll miss the times where you were productive." She says setting of  hysterics through the crowd.

For a minute there Jay and Celine has made eye contact and everything went in a blur. It felt like they were the only ones in the area. The wind started to cool and the leaves of the surrounding trees sway. It smelled like fresh flowers. And for Jay, it was the excessive amounts of cologne Jared was wearing. Celine waved slightly to Jay and he shared one back.

"And for that, may this day be a celebration, not because we finished our education. But because, we have started a new chapters of our life. Thank you." Juliane finished. The students applaud.

The program finished and some people left. Except for the friend group. They were all casually talking and so are the parents. Its been about 3 years since Jay and Celine started dating. Rito and Juliane are oblivious as ever. Jared and Roman reaching 7 months to their official relationship.

"I'm glad you got to meet my son Celine." Jay's dad suddenly. Says approaching her. They shook hands "I heard many from you Mr. Dawson." she smiles. Both parents knew and approved of their relationship even teasing about marriage every now and then.

"Hey, Love?" Jay murmured to Celine.

"Yes?"

"congrats" He said suddenly

She chuckled in return "Congrats to you too, love"

the interaction made Jay extremely nuts about it.

Moving on to the present, they were heading back home now. Rito and Juliane decided to head to the flower gardens, for a sort of surprise? (read "Whitlock?" soon to find out ;) )

Jay successfully moved on from his addiction, with the help of Celine of course.

Jay  also moved with Celine in Brighton, while Roman and Jared moved to Nottingham. They're quite far from each other now so its quite hard to hangout.

"Behhh your Ice cream! It's melting!" Jay woke back up from reality. Celine then quickly took a lick from his Ice cream. "HOY" he suddenly shouts. "It's fine your lactose intolerant. Plus what difference does it make really?" she says snickering at him.

"What time is it?" Celine suddenly asks "10 pm" Jay checks his phone. "Oh we should head back" reasonable, Jay thought. I mean he's dad is going back to New York tomorrow. And he would need rest to drop him off.

They got on Jay's car and drove back home.

(Jay)"You got everything right?"

"Bags? Passport? ID?"

"I'll be fine son, meanwhile. You. Should take care. Ok?" his dad reassures. He pulls Jay into a hug

"Stay safe Dad."

"Of course, I will. I'll call you once I land."

They say their goodbyes, as Jay's Dad starts to head off.

"Are you seriously crying?" a sudden voice loomed over, it was Celine's.

"It's just that, ever since my mom left. I'd take care of him. Well not entirely take care if him- but he's the only one I have left." He looked at his beloved next to him.

His eyes drawn back to his dad walking away to the distance. "Because of him, I learned so much. If he didn't introduce me to the book,"

He turned his head to Celine, then holding his hands. "I wouldn't have met you.."

"Are you actually planning to skip the intro???" Celine screamed

"We've been hearing this for the past 3 hours lets just skip it!!" Jay argued back.

"The intro is a jam!! WHYY-"

The couple was having one of their series nights and Celine picked. It was like an ordinary day were they watch a series, argue about the intro and story, but manages to fall asleep and never finish it.

Celine leans her head on Jay's shoulder,
"You know, life would suck without you." Celine looked to him in silence. "By now I would have probably killed myself or something" he continued.

"Sad hour already?" She says cheering up the mood, wrapping her arms on him. He placed his arms on top of her as a small thanks.

"Then, the universe said 'Thank you' because she cared."
