Chapter Four: Shots!

YN POV:

We walk inside the club and straight to the bar. The bartender, Brenda, walks towards us.
B: Hey YN!
Me: Hey Brenda!
B: Happy birthday! Darius told us in case you came tonight.
Darius is the manager of the club. He always try to hit on me, but he is not my type.
Me: Thanks love, I brought someone special this time.
B: Trey Songz? Damn how are you doing baby?
He giggles before answering.
T: I'm fine ma'.
B: I am so jealous of you YN. What you all want tonight?
D: Anything that taste good is fine.
T: Same for me.
Me: I third that. Do you want anything Trey?
I look at him as he answers.
T: Nah, I'm fine. Thanks.
I look at him in confusion.
Me: Trey Songz is good? Are you ok baby?
He giggles as I place my hand on his forehead.
T: This is your night baby. Live it while it last.
Ty whispers in my ear as I still look at Trey.
Ty: Are you going to talk to Darius before we leave?
Me: Oh yeah, I forgot.
B: I'll go get your drinks.
Me: Thanks girl. Trey,do you mind if I speak to someone really quick?
T: No baby, you're good.
Me: I'll be right back. Can you do me a favor?
T: Yeah, anything.
Me: Make sure them ratchet girls don't take my drink if it comes out before I get back.
He giggles and nods. Ty turns towards me.
Ty: I heard that!
I giggle and get out of the stool. I walk to the back of the club where Darius's office is and knock.
D: What the hell do you want?
I walk in as he looks up at me.
Me: Excuse me? You better fix your tone Mister.
D: Happy birthday mami.
I smile and hug him after he stands in front of his desk. I step back as he looks at me.
Me: Thank you D.
D: Did you bring your friends?
Me: Of course I did.
D: Do you have a man?
Me: Don't start right now Darius.
D: You need a man to hold your crazy ass down.
Me: Well there aren't any of them that is worth holding me down.
D: You better stop playing and roll with a nigga.
He pulls me close as he bite his lip.
Me: Boy you better stop.
We both laugh as he release me from his embrace.
D: Well, have a good night tonight and drinks are on me as always.
Me: I sure do and thanks again.
I kiss his cheek before leaving and going back to the girls and Trey. The drinks are just now in front of them and I quickly take mine. They all look at me funny.
Me: I had to make sure you two don't steal my drink.
D: Girl I have my own drink.
I raise my eyebrow and snatch her drink out of her hand. I gulp it down and place the glass in front of her.
D: What the hell YN? You over here talking about us.
Ty: You knew she was going to do that.
Ty say as she sips her drink.
Me: Girl it's my birthday! Brenda, come here!
Brenda walks back towards us.
B: Yeah boo?
Me: Give us four shots of tequila.
I look at Trey as he do the same.
Me: You are going to take this one shot with us.
T: Oh no, baby. We need a designated driver.
Me: It is just one shot. Come on, please?
I say as I wrap my arms around his neck and hug him.
T: Fine, just one.
I smile as Brenda give us the shots and we all take one.
Ty: Ok, on a count to three. One--Two--Three!
We take the shot and our face get sour from the strong beverage. I turn towards Trey and hug him again.
Me: Now was that bad?
T: No it wasn't.
Me: You want to dance?
T: Yeah, let's go.
He grabs my hand and we go to the floor. We start dancing and he keep pulling me close.
This dude got one more time, he gonna get some tonight!
I think as I continue dancing. He just don't know what I can do to him. He is soon about to find out.
Me: I'm ready to go; I need to stay away from the liquor.
T: Are you ok?
Me: Yeah, I just need to abstain now.
T: Alright, go tell your friends and I'll take you home.
I nod before going to Ty and Dee at the bar. They smile at me as I raise my eyebrow.
Ty: Girl you go on ahead. We will ask Darius to take us home.
Me: Thank you, I love you both.
They laugh and I walk back to Trey.
Me: My friend, Darius, will take them home.
T: Ok, let's go.
He grabs my hand and we begin walking.
Me: Trey?
T: Yeah?
Trey turns as I fall to the floor unconscious.
