My strange experiences

I was sitting in my bed and it was around 2pm and my parents were leaving the house when all of the sudden  I heard a thunk on my window and saw a black shadow that was the size of an adult hand and I jump up and looked through the blinds and nothing was there.
-Side note-
My cat gets in my window so the blinds would be messed up so I could see outside.
