My strange experiences

I was up at 1:00am trying to go to bed because I had to get up the next morning and I was listening to music and jumped a little cause all of the sudden it sounded like my mom was going to rush in my room with how hard my door opened and I just sat there for a few minutes and then checked it out nobody was there.

I tried to debunk it but couldn't because my cat couldn't open doors and there was no drafts in the hows no ac turning on nothing.
