Jack and Narcissa's father were still bickering over the Pearl by the time they were all on deck.

"It was my ship first!" said Jack.

"Aye and clearly ye weren't worthy of it considering how easy it was to cause a mutiny. I Captained her for far longer and you got her eaten by the Kraken after two years!" said her father.

"Are you going to interfere?" asked Carina.

"No, I'll let them go at it a little longer," said Narcissa she glanced at Henry. "This is what your parents and I had to put up with on the way back from the locker."

"It's better than a play," snickered Henry.

"Well you got her stolen by Blackbeard! And you've already got the Revenge and the rest of your bloody armada!" snapped Jack

"I avenged 'er and freed her and you know there's no ship like the Pearl," countered her father.

"You know these two actually make me look like a responsible adult in comparison," Narcissa commented lightly.

"Henry mentioned you were his godmother. Surely his parents wouldn't have made you so if you weren't responsible," said Carina furrowing her brow. Narcissa shrugged.

"Henry's parents were the ones who also decided to get married in the middle of a battle in the middle of a maelstrom. So the sanity in the family is questionable at best." Seeing that the argument between the two men was not even close to winding down Narcissa finally decided to intervene.

"Oi!" the two men fell silent.

"Must you always choose the most inconvenient time to argue over the ship? We haven't got time for this. Look you both have some claim to the ship and I'll be happy to let you two sort it out AFTER we've defeated Salazar. So to stop the fighting I'll be in charge for the time being."

"Why should you be in charge?" asked Jack petulantly.

"Well for one thing, KING. And for another, I'll be providing the extra crewmembers we'll need to sail the Pearl." Narcissa turned to Henry Zimmer.

"Go back to the Dutchman and ask Mr Flint to send over some men. Tell him I'm going with my father on the Pearl to go find the trident."

"Yes, Captain," said the boy though he gave her a lingering look. Narcissa sighed.

"I'll be fine."

"The last time you said that you got shot," the boy pointed out and Narcissa rolled her eyes.

"And I'm still here. Now go do as you're told." With a last glance Henry Zimmer ran off.

"The boy seems fond of you," said her father. Narcissa shrugged.

"The poor boy was slaughtered by Salazar and I saved him. I'm not surprise he got attached to the one female figure on the ship. Besides I have a very loyal crew in general. Now shall we actually plan what to do?" she asked gesturing in the direction of the captain's cabin.

Narcissa, her father, Carina, Henry, and Jack all gathered around the table in the Captain's cabin.

"Well, I suppose we could follow the..." Narcissa began to say compass but her father shook his head and she cut off.

"Carina's diary has a map to the trident," said Henry swiftly, covering the awkward silence.

"Really?" said Narcissa in surprise. Looking at the girl who nodded and pulled out a brown leather-bound book with a red ruby set into the cover.

"It's the diary of Galileo Galilei," explained Carina. Narcissa raised an eyebrow.

"I'm surprised Jack didn't just nab it for himself." Jack snorted.
