I thought it was a long time ago
I thought it would never happen again.
I thought I learned my lesson
I thought I wouldn't repeat the same mistake,
I really thought I could evade.

Apparently, life likes to slap me
I come to wonder,
Why is it always me?
I could take it if it was once
Well, also at the least, twice
Perhaps it ain't bad to take a three times
The Heck! It never ends!
It happens again, and again
And again, and again, and again.

Could I be an idiot?
I mean, I re-do the same thing
And that same thing brings me to a wreck.
I become a wreck each and every time,
This wreck never learns anything
Because he does the same thing;
Over and over, and over again!

What's worse is one more than many,
I choose to distrust my own experience.
A resolve I give myself to build my esteem
I ignore it and choose to sooth my need.
