Izuku Midoriya

Both. It's impossible to say who is more romantic, though Izuku tended to be the cuter and sweeter, you both tried hard to be romantic and were practically cinnamon rolls. Definitely, the cutest couple ever.

Katsuki Bakugo

What kind of question is that? It was you. Of course, it was you. You were the one remembering dates, with the notes, details. You can't complain anyway, Katsuki did his best, he wasn't the romantic type, there were still a lot of layers he didn't let go, but he tried, for you. He loved kissing you and hugging you. But you were the cinnamon roll in the relationship, and he knew and loved you even more for it.

Shoto Todoroki

Neither was necessarily romantic, at least not to your own eyes. You felt happy with your relationship and you both thought you had enough and didn't need to show it to the world. But everyone saw how attentive you were, how you took care of each other, and it was pretty romantic to the world's eyes.

Eijiro Kirishima

Him. You loved romance, but being as shy as you were, it was difficulty for you to show it. Kirishima on the other hand spend all his free time focused on you. In your one-week anniversary, Kirishima showed up at your building with a huge red panda plushie, saying it was the only redheaded plushie he could find. Always so thoughtful and gentlemanly.

Shota Aizawa

Romance is not for either of you, or at least, that is what you think. Being 'adults' you both decided to have an 'adult' relationship, no need for childish things, worrying about gifts or anniversaries. But then, you happened to find a cat figure that Shota would definitely love, so you bought and him found a necklace that would look good on you. Slowly, you both started to loosened up a little and even plan surprises with Hizashi's help.
