Izuku would be so sad and guilty, he would never want to hurt; it's just that he is still learning how to control them. It's a problem, he knows. It would be so messed up. First, he won't accept he hurt you, he'll turn it on you, saying you were dumb enough to get in the way. But secretly, he would feel so guilty, and he would stay away from you, as if just looking at you would hurt you. It would take a while for him to understand that it was just an accident.
Shoto Todoroki
He would never hurt you. There is no way. But in the hypothetical case that he actually manages to hurt you while training or in a mission, he would hide his guilt or worry to make sure you are safe. Everything would be focus on your recovery, you both are heroes, he knows what that means to you.
Eijiro Kirishima
Since you are from another class, you are never exposed to his quirk, that unless you are kissing at his room, and he gets too excited and activates his quirk by accident. At first, he gets scared and then completely embarrassed of his lack of self-control. Now, you have a mark on your neck that will remind him of that forever.
Shota Aizawa
Shota was training you, of course. You needed to improve your combat skills, but since you are always distracted, he punched you really hard and you didn't stop him. Yes, he was worried about it, but lectured you for never paying attention. Not even his quirk was necessary to injure you. You really needed to practice more.
Keigo Takami
In a mission, Keigo sent his feathers as blades, but one of them cut you. It was normal, collateral damage, of course. He was about to drop everything to protect you, but you stopped him, you were Heroes, the mission always came first. After it was done, he apologized and took you to cure your cuts himself.
Tamaki Amajiki
You would have to comfort him, Tamaki would feel so bad, and he would even start to cry if he sees you injured, even when it would be just a scratch. You would have to forget about your injury, just to make him feel better and understand that it was just an accident, and it could happen to anyone.
