Realization

Izuku Midoriya

As usual, Izuku came back from his mission to save Bakugo, but only physically; on the inside, he was extremely broken. He spent the following days missing you, thinking about you, but he didn't have the guts to look for you, he didn't know how.

He made the call to talk to his best friend, Tenya and Ochaco, explaining to them everything that happened and how he felt. They understood him, but also gave him your perspective, they helped him see how worried you were about him and how he needed to get you back. He had to get you back.

You, on the other hand, didn't talk to anyone about your breakup, you just didn't want to talk, but kept yourself informed and felt relieve upon learning that Izuku came back safe. You knew you were exaggerating, he was going to be a Pro Hero, but you just couldn't shake the feeling that you could lose him. You didn't want to lose anyone else.

Katsuki Bakugo

Oh, Katsuki had the worse luck ever, because the first person who saw you after you left his room, was Shoto, and he almost killed him, and, for the first time ever, Katsuki didn't want to retaliate. You decided to not tell anyone about why you broke up, although everyone had an idea, and just ignore him from now on. And so, you did.

Every day, you would see each other for breakfast, classes, lunch, and more, but you didn't share a single word in his direction. You could feel Katsuki looking at you every single minute, but you just couldn't, every time the bell rang, you would run back to your room to study, and that was your life.

Katsuki on the other hand was a mess, he kept destroying things in his room, and walking around the place following you like a ghost, until his friends made an intervention. The Bakusquad, especially Kirishima, decided to talk some senses into him, and telling him he needed to apologize and fix things with you, but Katsuki already knew that he just didn't know how.

Shoto Todoroki

For the next weekend, everyone knew you were through, especially when there wasn't a family dinner anymore. Your father didn't leave your side and at school, Ochaco was always with you.

Shoto, on the other hand, felt miserable, but he still thought it was your fault, Fuyumi and Natsou tried to talk to him, but he wouldn't listen, not until Endevour himself talked to him.

Endevour told Shoto not to be like him, not to let his pride destroy what he loved the most, he told Shoto that fixing things was still in his and only his hands.

That was the moment Shoto realized he messed up, and pretty bad. He took it on you when you were just there for him all the time. He decided to take some of his time to think of a way to get you back, how could he be so stupid? You have been his everything for almost all his life and he threw it all out of the window in a rage moment. He wasn't going to let that happen.

You were his future, and that wasn't going to change, over his dead body.

Eijiro Kirishima

He didn't know what to do, he was like a lost puppy. What had happened? Why did you leave? Why did you break up with him? He was so lost and confused. Thankfully, as a normal school, gossips travel pretty fast and the Bakusquad cornered him in his room, asking why on earth would he cheat on you. Eijiro had no idea what they were talking about, so Mina showed him the photos that were circulating through school of him kissing another girl. That is when he knew why you were like that. Of course, Eijiro didn't kiss anyone on purpose, but he had no idea what happened. Until Bakugo came with the conclusion that it was a set up, he had seen the girl before and he remembered that her quirk had something to do with mind control. Eijiro would get you back. No matter what.

Your mom comforted you for a while, but she told you that you weren't transferring, and that you were strong enough to work your problems instead of just escaping from them. And you knew she was right. Besides, you missed Eijiro so much.

Shota Aizawa

Finally, you got back to work, but it wasn't enough, you missed him so bad. You were missing your other half and without Shota, nothing made sense to you.

Just as for him, he became even more closed and focus on his job than he was before, that got Hizashi worried.

Now that you were able to be outside, you spent every night watching Shota closing his classes and training from the distance, you just missed him; until one day, Hizashi found you.

You poured your heart out for him, telling him how bad you felt, how sad you were, how much you missed him. Hizashi told you about how worried Shota was before, during and after the accident, and you finally understood that he wasn't trying to control you, he just felt scared of losing you.

You wouldn't let your pride come in the way of your love, Hizashi was right. You would apologize and get Shota back. No matter the cost.
