As usual Chrissy sat next to her boyfriend, Jason at the "jocks" and cheerleaders table. It had been a few weeks since the drug deal with Eddie, she hadn't told anyone, they never had met up again after he refused to sell her anything stronger. They didn't speak, that was normal, the popular kids never hung out with the freaks and the freaks never hung out with the popular kids. What wasn't normal was that he was on her mind all the time.
Chrissy should have been thinking about her boyfriend, cheerleading getting good grades yet she couldn't get this boy out of her mind. Why? Cause he was different and not in a bad way like most thought. He actually made her laugh, she actually enjoyed his company. He was kind to her, surprisingly wasn't scary. And also remembered her from middle school. Many times over the past weeks she wanted to go and speak with him, enjoy his presence again but chrissy was afraid. Afraid of what Jason would say, what the entire high school would say, and even what the hellfire club would say. Just because Eddie was nice didn't mean they were? She had never spoken to them, but she couldn't deny that they did frighten her sometimes, she felt like they judged her for being a "good girl " and "little miss popular". So instead she just left it, only glancing at Eddie every opportunity she had. Today would change that though.
As Jaosn was busy talking Chrissy picked at her food, looking up she saw Eddie enter the cafeteria carrying his "lunch box". She couldn't help but giggled, knowing what was inside and how casually he carried it around.
He caught her looking ad he walked past. He flashed her a smile, causing Butterflies to erupt in her stomach, she just smiled weakly. His smile was so perfect it just lit up the whole room.
Suddenly her thoughts were cut of by the sound of Jasons voice.
"Hey freak!"
Chrissy looked up from her food to see Jason walking jver to Eddie.
"Oh no." She muttered with a worried expression.
By now the whole cafeteria was closely watching the two.
Eddie just rolled his eyes and went to walk away. Suddenly and to people's suprise Jason grabbed Eddie by his jacket and roughly pulled him back.
"I'm talking to you freak!" He yelled at him.
"Really? I wouldn't have guessed." Eddie chuckled in responce. Chrissy couldn't help but laugh, causing everyone to look at her, including Jason and Eddie. She couldn't help it though, he was just so funny!
Eddie grinned at her. He always loved seeing her smile and laugh. Jason looked at Chrissy then back at Eddie. Without warning he flung at Eddie knocking them both to the ground.
"JASON!" Chrissy exclaimed shocked at his action.
He began throwing a few punches at eddie, some were blocked but not all.
