chapter 18- the pool

Addison was seating in between Jeremiah's legs as he was sitting in a chair on the beach. They were all gathered there chatting when Belly arrived.

Belly- May I present. The belly special!

Addison- ohh yes! pour me a glass.

Gigi- we saved you the inflatable unicorn.

Belly- well, thank you!

Then cam came.

Jeremiah- hey guys, look who it is!

Belly- Caaam!- she said excitedly

Nicole- it's not a race Addy-she said as she saw Addison was already on her second glass. She couldn't help it, this was her with alcohol.

Steven shot her some warning eyes, and if she turned around she would see Jeremiah's worried gaze.

They all laughed.

Conrad- yeah save some for the others-he said chuckling.

Belly- okay, wait but what if it was a race? I mean isn't that... isn't.. Isn't that the premise of like every drinking game?

Gigi- you want to play a drinking game?

Belly- Why not? I mean it's the Fourth of July, right?

Conrad- Fuck it!

They started playing and all of them were laughing and having a great Time. Addison was terrible at the game so she had to drink loads, she stopped counting when it was belly's turn to play with her. Belly had also drank a lot, Addison could notice.

Then all the girls were dancing and drinking more. She and Shayla started dancing together and yelling one direction songs at the top of their lungs.

Addison had to run up a moment to her room and get changed. She could see through her window Jeremiah and Conrad play football.

How cute she thought.She then got a text from Shayla.

Shays: hey addy, we are leaving. Is that okay with you?

Addison: yeah sure, but what happened?

Shays: I'll explain when you feel better

Addison: ok. love you :)

Shays: me too

Addison stumbled down the stairs and went outside to wait for the cake. It was the best part of the fourth.

She then saw Susannah come out with the cake.

Addison- yay! cake-she could feel she was a little tipsy.

Susannah- where'd all the kids go?

Addison- I'm here-she said raising her hand as her dad laughed at her.

Dad- more for us!

Susannah- that's the spirit.

Belly- Uh- I want the piece with the strawberries - she said as she stumbled and susannah fell down, aswell as the cake.

Addison- oh shit-she said as she looked at both of them.

Addison helped susannah get up.

Addison- are you all right?

Susannah- I'm fine, honey.

Addison had gone for a nap because she wasn't feeling so good, but later on woke up and was feeling for a night swim. she put on her favorite red bikini and decided to go out.

When she got out she saw Conrad and Belly talking far away next to the beach.

Addison- wow maybe it will finally happen- she said as she got in. She immediately relaxed.

She started doing some laps and then just relaxed inside the water. She then saw that Jeremiah had jumped in the pool. They both surfaced back up.

Jeremiah- is this one of your solo night swims or can I join?

Addison- your always welcome to join me on my night swims, jere- she said although she could feel the tension.

Jeremiah- Oh, adds.

Addison- what?- she said giggling

Jeremiah- you ended up breaking things with Louis?

Addison- yeah, he wasn't the right guy.

At this Jeremiah chuckled.

Addison- what is it?- she said laughing as she splashed him.

Jeremiah- It's nothing... everything- he said staring at her deeply

Jeremiah- your my best friend-he said

Addison- best best friend- she reminded him of their little joke.

Jeremiah rolled his eyes- best best friend- he said getting closer to her, her breath hitched at the sudden closeness.

Jeremiah-There are times I want you to be more.

Addison- wh- what?-she said whispering.

Jeremiah- what you heard, I want us to be more- he said getting even closer- do- do you want?

Jeremiah looked at her lips as she licked them. She was speechless, and suddenly she smashed her lips against his.

The kiss started soft, but slowly he slid his tongue inside her mouth as she placed her arms around his neck. He then lifted her up and her legs went around his waist as they continued to kiss. It was a very much needed kiss, it was then when Addison started to realize she was falling in love with Jeremiah.

The kiss was perfect and it turned out in them making out in the middle of the pool, Addison forgot that Conrad and Belly were just down the dock and could be possibly seeing them. She just enjoyed this moment as much as Jeremiah. She pulled his hair as he grabbed her by her thighs.

It was perfect, they both thought.
