chapter 20- milkshakes

JEREMIAH POV

I knocked on Addie's door, hoping she wasn't napping like she usually would around this time in the afternoon.

I sighed when I heard no answer, I knew Addie had fallen asleep, this girl...

So I opened her door, praying to the gods that she was decent. Thankfully she was, she was wearing her pajamas as she drooled all over her bed. She is so beautiful, so fucking damn pretty it pains me. I can't believe I actually got to kiss her.

Without thinking twice I jumped right on top of her.

Addie- OWH, WHAT THE FUCK?! - she screamed as she now fully woke up, I started laughing still on top of her.

Addie- JEREMIAH! GET OFF OF ME- she said pushing me over to the side of her bed that was unoccupied .

I stared at her as I was now on my side admiring her.

Addie- I hate you- she said grumpily- you know naps are sacred for me- she said bringing to pout. I couldn't care less, I was now fixated on the small piece of hair that was infront of her face now, debating whether to be cliche and push it back to her ear. I know Addie hates corny shit like that, but I couldn't resist as I gently moved away the piece of hair and slightly cupped her cheek with my hand.

I was surprised she didn't push away my hand, but instead cuddled her face into it. Staring at each other's eyes I sweared I saw her face inching closer to mine by the second, so I started to get closer aswell. My heart was thumping so hard I was scared she could hear it, it was like this every time we kissed, the butterflies never leaving. But as we were about to kiss, her door plunged open and I groaned.

Addie was so startled she immediately jumped back and fell of the bed as I felt my laughter bubbling up.

Steven- whoa, chill Addie. I was just looking for Jere- he said doubling of laughter

Addie- Fuck you Steven- she said from the floor, not bothering to get up.

Jeremiah- dude, you want to come play some games?

Jeremiah- Nah, sorry man. Me and Addie are going for milkshakes at the boardwalk- I said as I chuckled when I saw Adds head shot up very quickly from the floor with an excited face

Addie- we are? YESS!- she celebrated while getting up and jumping on the bed

I could see the look in Steven's eyes, I could feel that he was happy Addie was slowly coming back.

Steven- sweet, can I come?

Jeremiah and Addie- no- we both replied at the same time as she locked her eyes with mine

Jeremiah and Addie- JINX!- we said at the same time as Steven eyed us suspiciously

Steven- okay, whatever. Bring me something back- he said as he left the room

A/N IT HAS BEEN SOOO LONG! sorry guys I always said I would never try to publish a story and leave it unfinished, but here I am Being a hypocrite because I always get mad when stories aren't finished hahaha. Anyways sorry, truth is my only other published story took me a lot of will to get it finished. It's just I start when I'm motivated and into the show, then after I don't have motivation to finish it. I have like 8 different unpublished stories of different characters but most of them have less than 20 chapters hahaha.
