Josh- If Not For You (not surprising) You listened to music that josh grew up listening to all the time. You especially liked the George Harrison version of if not for you because it was one of Josh's favorites and you connected through that. You listened to it so many times that it eventually became "your song"
Jake- Love the one your with. Jake loves Stephen Stills and this song is one of his favorites. One day you walked into the house and he was asleep on the couch singing this song in his sleep. When you woke him up and told him what he was singing he grabbed the vinyl with that song on it and turned it on for you to dance to. From then on it was your song.
Sam-Songbird. This became your song when Sam realized the extent of your Fleetwood Mac obsession. He surprised you with the Rumors vinyl when he got back from a tour and songbird quickly became his favorite song on the whole album. Since he was constantly playing it it became yours too and it became a song that brought you together. It was your song.
Danny-Love you to. You and Danny both love the Beatles revolver album but you specifically like this song for the sound. Most of the time you don't even listen to the lyrics and you just dance and spin around to the instrumentals.
