It was another beautiful day on the base, the seas were calm, the sky was clear, almost every warship was in port, and the Royal Navy ships were.........giving Yamato glares every other time. In fact....
Flashback
Edinburgh was carrying a large collection of books before one of them fell, but Yamato caught it.
Yamato: *catches a book* Hey, um you dropped this.
Edinburgh: Eep! U-um thank yo-
Sheffield then proceeds to kick the book out of my hands in a perfect trajectory to land on top of Edinburgh's stack before ushering said Light Cruiser away from the hurt Battleship.
Yamato: Oh.....o-ok....
End flashback
Yup, not much is going good for Yamato. He was just called to the Royal Navy gardens so Sheffield simply dragged him, by the ear, all the way there.
PoW: Sheffield, is that really necessary?
Sheffield: Wales, you know how......they treated us.
Q.E.: Yes Sheffield we are all familiar with how openly you hate males.
Sheffield: Especially when they come from the enemy side!
Yamato: *whispers to Illustrious* Am I missing something?
Illustrious: *whispering back* A story for another time Yamato.
Hood: So, you're Yamato?
Yamato: U-um yes ma'am.
Q.E.: Oh, where are our manners? I am HMS Queen Elizabeth, Leader of the Royal Navy.
Yamato stood up and bowed awkwardly which QE simply waved off before allowing him to sit again.
Hood: I am HMS Hood, Pride of the Royal Navy. (But one shell proved that all wrong now didn't it?)
Yamato: It is nice to meet you Lady Hood, Wales told me all about you.
Hood: *giggles a little* Oh please, just call me Hood.
Warspite: *clears throat* I am HMS Warspite, the Queen's bodyguard.
Sheffield: I am HMS Sheffield.
Belfast: And I am HMS Belfast, the Head Maid.
Q.E.: Now that we have introduced ourselves, tell us about yourself.
Yamato: Um, my name was IJN Yamato the flagship of the Imperial Japanese Navy-
Warspite: *does a spit take* Apologies but, back in our old world, I remember hearing of you.
Yamato: I assume from the Americans who managed to spot me. Anyway, after I manifested here I took on the name USS Yamato and the hull number BB-71 before becoming a proud member of Eagle Union.
Sheffield: So you defected?
Yamato: Basically.
Illustrious: We've also repainted his hull form the mirror his defection with a clear hull number, a haze gray livery, and English nameplates.
Hood: I'd like to see how Bismarck likes to take us on now.
Q.E.: Switching topics, why should we be concerned with Enterprise? Isn't it Eagle Union territory?
